I had gone to this Subway to buy myself a meal but I didn't have enough money in my checking account to pay, so I asked can I remove the drink from my order (the glass was still empty), and what does she tell me?? No, you've already touched it so you understand I can't sell it afterwards??? Really pathetic, a cardboard cup? You must be cheap, luckily I was hungry and I asked someone to transfer me money because I didn't have a network to do it, otherwise I would have left. This is truly lousy customer service. Other than that, they do the orders well, so nothing to complain about there.

Very good service however they only put 2 teaspoons of cheese while I ask for extra cheese. When I go to other subways and I ask for a regular quantity of cheese there is more than when I ask for an extra at this subway.

Saturday January 20 6:40 p.m.No more rice, no more herb bread, no more biscuits, no more roast chicken….I ordered through the app and what was supposed to be ready at 6:50 p.m. was ready at 7:05 p.m.The cheese steak was completely cold, the grilled chicken barely warm and the turkey one was overflowing with mayonnaise.I felt sorry for the 2 employees who were clearly overwhelmed, but as a customer I am really angry.I can’t imagine what the group of 8, who arrived after me, must have eaten…!
