Even simple requests like adding toppings or grilling the sandwich are met with unpleasant expressions. This has undoubtedly been my most disappointing encounter at a Subway branch. I cannot recommend it. To make matters even worse, an employee by the name of Paul contributed to the negative experience.

The subway at 2960 boul laurier has the worst staff . I had the worst experience. The staff name paul was very rude. He was not behaving properly and he was not adding the veggies i told to put in sandwich as well. He just put one or two sauces and did not listen to us and took the money. Very bad stuff .
