The staff were incredibly warm, polite, and adorable. They didn’t mind communicating with me in English even though I don’t speak French. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Quebec City!

Worst service ever, the girl servicing us was too rude and was in angry mode don’t know why , it looked like she was chilling and we disturbed her and she wasn’t pleased. There was no one and still she was so rude , looks like they don’t like customers.
Moreover, the washroom is worst here. Do not recommend anyone to visit here .

We went there yesterday between 4:00 pm to 4:30 pm . The food was good but the girl at the counter was very rude not to everybody but with some specific race. we thought that she might be little exhausted bcz it was busy. When she saw us standing in the line she was not even preparing our order doing somebody else’s order she screamed, “we don’t have veggie patty”. first of all you should focus on what the order that you are making at that time and we did not even ask you if you have the “veggie patty”. While preparing our order she was being rude when we were telling her the toppings. if you do not want to make our order if you are that much allergic to the people of other race you could just avoid us go to the back and let the other guy make our order who was really nice to us. Our order was a take out. But came back after sometime to eat inside the restaurant as it was cold outside. Then we are seeing that she was not rude bcz it was busy she chose to be rude with us ( the people of color) bcz she was dealing with the white people very politely very nicely with a big smile on her face. But she chose to be rude with us. I think if you have that much problem with the people from other race you should not work something like this bcz you will see people of color everyday yesterday it was us other day it will be somebody else. You should really fix your stupid attitude that is childish

If you are visiting and you do not know french
Please dont visit it, the employees are not at all cooperative, also i placed the order online, they kept saying that they didn’t received the order online machine and after i saw my packet by myself, i told them to check it, and found out they already made it like 30 mins ago and kept on telling us to place it again and everything said was in French which was difficult to understand.

There is not one time that I have gone that things have gone right. I order a bowl half of it is red onions, I asked for olives in it, zero olives, my cookies are rock hard for the second time.
I’m extremely disappointed with what I witnessed today. There was only one young woman working the entire Subway store taking orders preparing food running the till and handling the entire line of nearly 20 people on her own. We sat down to eat and even during that time the line never stopped growing !!
This is not just poor management it’s inhumane. No one should be expected to manage a full store alone especially during a busy rush. It was painful to watch her trying to keep up while customers stood waiting. She handled it with grace, but she should never have been put in that position in the first place.
Shame on whoever made that staffing decision. Customers were frustrated and more importantly your employee looked exhausted and overwhelmed. This situation was completely preventable with proper scheduling and support.
Please do better. Take care of your staff they are the face of your business.

Very worst experience ever! Server was the worst, very rude , couldn’t have time to serve the food. Just took veggie sub , even after asking for extra vegetable she gave bare minimum, has to eat just bread and sauce.Asked for just simple water cup, she told me to pay 4$ for that. Worst subway experience in life. Not gonna visit ever.

This is how the sub was given to me like and open sandwich. Also, i ordered veggie patty online and they offered me veggie delight and when asked of the excessive refund amount worth $8, they denied to help process that. I need my refund.

I ordered 2 footlongs online on the app for pickup at 12:30. I reached at 12:40 and the order was not ready. After waiting for 10mins, the girl told me they don’t have veggie patties anymore and she can’t make my order. I didn’t get a refund. There’s no way to contact subway. No contact number.
I want my refund please!!!!
I got food poisoning after eating at this Subway, move on!
