There is not one time that I have gone that things have gone right. I order a bowl half of it is red onions, I asked for olives in it, zero olives, my cookies are rock hard for the second time.
I’m extremely disappointed with what I witnessed today. There was only one young woman working the entire Subway store taking orders preparing food running the till and handling the entire line of nearly 20 people on her own. We sat down to eat and even during that time the line never stopped growing !!
This is not just poor management it’s inhumane. No one should be expected to manage a full store alone especially during a busy rush. It was painful to watch her trying to keep up while customers stood waiting. She handled it with grace, but she should never have been put in that position in the first place.
Shame on whoever made that staffing decision. Customers were frustrated and more importantly your employee looked exhausted and overwhelmed. This situation was completely preventable with proper scheduling and support.
Please do better. Take care of your staff they are the face of your business.

Very worst experience ever! Server was the worst, very rude , couldn’t have time to serve the food. Just took veggie sub , even after asking for extra vegetable she gave bare minimum, has to eat just bread and sauce.Asked for just simple water cup, she told me to pay 4$ for that. Worst subway experience in life. Not gonna visit ever.

This is how the sub was given to me like and open sandwich. Also, i ordered veggie patty online and they offered me veggie delight and when asked of the excessive refund amount worth $8, they denied to help process that. I need my refund.

I ordered 2 footlongs online on the app for pickup at 12:30. I reached at 12:40 and the order was not ready. After waiting for 10mins, the girl told me they don’t have veggie patties anymore and she can’t make my order. I didn’t get a refund. There’s no way to contact subway. No contact number.
I want my refund please!!!!

Staff who don't seem to know kindness, not a smile but sighs as if we're pissing them off! If you have time to go elsewhere, follow straight ahead. In addition, wifi is available indicated on the door outside, they do not want to give the code to customers. In short, disappointing despite the quality of the subways still present.

I was the victim of humiliation at the Quebec Metro. I do NOT recommend you go there!!! On July 20, 2024 I went to eat with my family at Subway and had the worst experience due to the treatment of the 2 people who were in charge. I'm Latina, I live in Montreal and I'm learning French. Going to Quebec City was an experience that I appreciated to be able to practice my French. As soon as I tried to start talking to the man he noticed my accent and immediately his face changed, he looked uncomfortable and started making fun of the way I spoke with his partner. The way they both treated me was rude, the one who didn't listen to me or understand me was gloomy. I had to start raising my voice, almost shouting, to get him to listen and the mockery was obvious. I started talking to him in English and he told me he didn't understand my accent either. The man who was behind me in line, with his family, had to step in and say the exact same thing to him as I did and he was kind to the man. Finally they gave me a sandwich that I didn't ask for, they didn't add what I usually buy, because it's very common that I go to Subway, but this day- there I felt insulted, humiliated by my origin and I definitely would not return and I recommend that you do not return to this metro again. It's better for them to buy something else.
