Friday noon on December 6. I go to the counter and Pierre is alone, because his colleague is taking his break (that's okay). Pierre serves three customers before me, it’s long (around 15 mins). Meanwhile, her colleague is finishing her break. She starts to prepare my sandwich, but Pierre tells her that they have to make two online orders. The lady can't find the second order (meanwhile I'm waiting). So she and Pierre start arguing (in front of me) telling him that she never understands when she talks to him and she orders him to chase after my sandwich. Which he does for 30 seconds, before starting to argue together again. She told him again to finish my order. He comes back. He leaves to continue the chicane. She orders him to come back and finish my order. BRIEF. It was very uncomfortable and I was served after 20 minutes. I think the Subway in Cap-Rouge and the other on Chemin Ste-Foy (corner Duplessis) will be my next destinations.

In the morning Mr Pierre tells me he is not ready because he opens at 7am it's been 1 hour he makes biscuits but has no bread....yen doesn't say last visit for life ROTTEN SERVICE He doesn't is not possible... Do it these a solid incompetent NOT RECOMMENDED there is no other subway, PIERRE YOU LOST A SALE and a client.bye bye good luck you should do other work.

The nice girl at the counter made our sandwich super good. We came from Toronto to visit the area, but I have never had a sandwich like this in any of the Ontario metros. I loved it. Thank you juliana

Normally closing at 9 p.m., but arrives on site at 8:20 p.m. to have the door shut in your face since it is “closed”, big lack of professionalism. Change your opening hours on your door if they are not the correct ones!

They charged the tax on the bill without permission they do not have the right it is up to the customer to choose they are made dishonest never I go back to this Subway in addition when I called to ask why they hung up on me in the face no respect do not encourage people who steal their customers to go
