Very poor service, cold meal, they didn't have to redo my immature personal sandwich except for Guillaume who works at the cash register who is very smiling, the rest of the staff is discouraging, they complain about everything, they even reversed our bag sandwiches. Dirty table and unsmiling

Today I have never been served so quickly in my entire life in a Subway 2 girl with tattoos and a guy with tattoos also I was shocked how quickly it was served very very good service

I stopped by on May 8, 2024 at 9:30 p.m. to be told in a harsh tone "We are closed, in case you haven't noticed", while the employee herself confirmed, following my questioning, that the closing time was indeed 10 p.m., but it closed "because there weren't enough customers" when another customer entered less than 10 seconds after me.It seems that the employees of this Subway are not interested in working, well I am not interested in wasting my time going to a Restaurant and getting turned around because its employees are not ready to put in the effort for which they are remunerated.

Unfortunately, I experienced a lack of respect for standard closing times during a recent interaction with your closing crew-on-duty. Your closing time is 10h, I arrived at 9:41pm. However your employee insist that it's already CLOSED. This is unacceptable behaviour. While I understand that situations can arise, it's crucial for all employees to adhere to established schedules to maintain professionalism and respect for customers' time. I hope this feedback can contribute to improvements in customer service moving forward. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I often go to Subway because I travel with my work. At lunchtime the service is often fast. I only had 2 or 3 bad experiences on many, many stopsOur general 4.5/5

Today, 04/18/24 in the evening, I went to get a submarine when she was starting to make my submarine, I had a question for the lady who was preparing my submarine however I noticed two other submarines which were not mine which she was preparing at the same time as mine, when I asked her about this, I didn't even have time to finish my sentence which she replied to me not to interrupt him. Looking confused because there were only three customers in line. When she had gotten to the vegetable with my meal, I tried again and the scream she gave me in front of the others mentioning that I had interrupted her again and that I made her lose her concentration and that she had to recheck...I realize now that we are just numbers to them, there is no more room for politeness and patience with employees.

I went to the restaurant to get take out. When I got to pay I noticed that they removed the choice to choose to tip by choosing an amount. There are just percentages and no tipping. We choose to give 10, 12, 15 and 18%. I've always tipped, but having the percentage imposed on me is no good. I didn't tip. I'll start again when I have the right to choose the amount. Not acceptable from my point of view. A subway is not a table service restaurant. Tipping is a customer choice and should have the option to choose the amount they tip.
I rediscovered this brand during my trip to Canada. I like the concept of composing your own “submarine” based on a combination to choose from. The result is pleasant. And I came across some very friendly waitresses! A big downside for me, however: desserts that are limited to cookies, certainly, varied and tasty, but not worth a good ice cream like in other fast food chains.

I went there tonight around 6:45 p.m. The employee in place was particularly unpleasant. Refusing to at least change his gloves after touching the cash register, and removing the loaves from the oven with them. Really rude service. Never again for me. It's finish.

It's over, never again in this subway! Nothing pleasant for the customer!
Very bad service. The employee did not want to make the price correction when there was indeed an error (which she confirmed). No refund possible since the order was already completed... Last time at this branch for me.
The salad ? is delicious. I often take the grilled wrap. I never regretted it. It's very good.
