Sushi Sakura

J’ai effectué une commande en ligne et on m’a informé par la suite que le produit n’était pas disponible. J’ai essayé à plusieurs reprises de me faire rembourser. Ils me disent qu’ils ne savent pas comment faire et ils me raccrochent la ligne au nez!

Je fais rarement des commentaires, mais cette fois, je suis extrêmement déçue: sushis tièdes, juste du riz sec, peu de poisson, beaucoup de goberge, pas de goût… c’est ma 2e fois et je m’étais promis la dernière de ne plus y aller… mais là, c’est final!

Je n’ai pas l’habitude d’écrire des avis, mais commandant régulièrement depuis plus ou moins un an, je me devais de partager mon amour pour l’un de mes restaurants préférés de Québec! Parce que selon moi, Sushi Sakura font probablement les meilleurs sushi que j’aie pu manger! Après plusieurs dizaines de commandes je peux affirmer que je n’ai jamais être déçue par leurs sushi. Dès la première commande j’ai été agréablement surprise et ai vue la différence avec les autres bannières. Je suis à chaque fois surprise par la générosité de leurs portions, quand on achète chez Sushi Sakura on en a pour son argent! Et puis la qualité de leurs produits est exceptionnelle! Ils font le meilleur riz à sushi que j’ai pu manger (jamais sec) et leurs poissons fondent presque sur la langue. Je vous recommande particulièrement leurs nigiris au saumon, hosomakis à l’avocat et rouleau au saumon fumé.

Excellent service, quite fast even when very busy. An error each time (2x) that I went with what I had ordered, so checked your choices in the all-you-can-eat menu. I give 5 stars because mistakes happen.

Dietary restrictions: It's sushi, so seafood and others. Allergic to these, obviously abstain.

Parking: Very easy to find with Google map, abundant parking.

Great all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant, $40 per person, fresh food. Pay attention to your quantities because at some point you may have more sushi arriving. A+ to the young woman who thought I was the same age as my sons, thank you it made my evening. After thinking about it maybe it was to get more tips but regardless it made my evening

Very disappointed with the service!

I placed an order for $135.60 on their website, but several items were missing from my bag: Crispy Dragon Roll (3), Spicy Smoked Salmon with Crispy Roll (1). The receipt I received at the restaurant does not even match the online receipt.

I tried calling the restaurant 3 times to resolve this issue, but no one answered. This is totally unacceptable! Now I'm left with an incomplete order and no help from them.

I don't recommend this place — be careful if you order from them!

Very good sushi experience! The sushi, although none was out of the ordinary, was really well made and of very good quality. The rice was at the right temperature and the pieces of fish were very generous! I highly recommend sur sushi to all unlimited sushi lovers! However, I must mention that the service was quite slow and it was sometimes difficult to receive our orders. But I still maintain my opinion that the place is worth visiting!

Reservation made for December 31 at 5:30 p.m. The same day in the afternoon they confirmed my reservation with a note. You must leave before 7:30 p.m. for the next service and it is possible to arrive by 5 p.m. When we arrived, several people knocked their noses at the door, the restaurant closed!!!! I'm very disappointed.. It wasn't our first visit, we really like this restaurant, but I'm going to be reluctant to book in the future...

Great experience at Sakura Sushi, the variety of food is amazing and everything tasted good. One step over the competitors.

The problem with Sushi Sakura is that the employees don't answer the phone. Every time I call to place an order, it rings but no one answers.
