I came by this afternoon around 3 p.m. to place my order which was the mimosa platter with 4 teriaky balls, an order for $100, I was told that for 6 p.m. it was perfect. My friends come to pick up the order at 6:15 p.m. they say that the order has not started.. 3h15 later we are told that we therefore have no dinner and are very disappointed with the service already from the man who was there was a little arrogant when leaving... we often come, me and my partner, and it's extremely disappointing and frustrating to have known we would have had our order prepared elsewhere.... especially since they had our telephone number for the slightest thing would have been to keep us informed that this was not going to be possible...we are not satisfied customers at all I have worked in catering for a long time and situations like this should not happen...what do we do about this situation

I went to the Sushi Shop and ordered a poké bowl and a bubble tea.

There was no one in the restaurant, and the cashier said she could only accept new orders in 50 minutes. So I waited in my car before coming back to order.

The food was really good, but the bubble tea was really disgusting. They weren't tapioca bubbles, but three huge pieces of dried tapioca. It was really disgusting and very disappointing, especially for the price.

Very disappointing poke bowls last night.
We ordered two salmon bowls last Sunday evening, it cost us $45 to end up receiving bowls each with 2 small tablespoons of salmon inside. We looked for fish in our meals. It's insulting for the price, plus that it wasn't cubes of poked fish at all but rather small scraps of tartare. I will not return.

It's a shame to arrive on a Monday evening and want to order something and the employee only tells me: I don't have time.

No hello and when I asked how long it would take to make a small order, the employee didn't even take the time to ask me what I wanted to order.
