I do not recommend this place. If I could have give zero stars I would. I had order via uber eats a poke bowl at this location, I had to throw it in the garbage as the food wasn’t tasty at all. Lettuce wasn’t fresh , avocados either. Chicken was overcooked,Messy presentations. I than processed to call the store to let them know the situation, the person who answered responded ‘ that is your opinion and just ask a refund on uber eats’

Well written that it closes at 8 p.m. but no longer makes sushi from 7:25 p.m. (there were 2 of us there). Yuzu sushi helped us out a little further down the road.

I thought the Sushi Shop had standard quality, mistake! My experience with 2480 chemin Ste-Foy in Quebec was simply disastrous. I ordered online for New Year's Eve and even though my order was not ready, obviously I was given pieces of a certain age. The ones with fried rice were hard and probably cooked/reheated several times. Finally it was my trash can that enjoyed it. TO AVOID

We ordered two bubble teas, in two different sizes. After waiting 20 minutes for two poor bubble teas, here is what we received…Barely filled bubble teas because I quote “we don’t have ice”. It's not a reason !I don't recommend.

As for the atmosphere, I don't know, I wasn't there. However, I just placed an order. I don't know who to blame. The delivery service that took 3 years and managed to deliver HOT sushi. Or the restaurant. The sushi is made with rice, plus it is dry... I called to ask about my order and the person cuts in while we explain the reason for our call. However, I was very polite. A little tired of accepting this kind of situation as if they were normal. Train the staff in good customer service, and just food service please, it's disastrous. Especially for what we pay.
