The sushi is correct and very good.
Bubles tea disappoints me more and more. I'm speaking especially for George Muir's sushi shop: They should completely empty their stock of bubulle from time to time.... There's too much popped bubble and it's extremely unpleasant under the tongue. I prefer to take a detour and go to the store specializing in buble tea 10 minutes away on Henri-Bourassa, not far from the Charlesbourg crossroads (sorry, I don't remember the exact name.)

I am always disappointed when I order from the George Muir Sushi shop. Every time, when I order at a specific time, I have to wait another 30 minutes to 1 hour there. The sushi is often rolled incorrectly and there have been several omissions in my previous orders. Really a shame because I usually love Sushi Shop.

Very poor welcome, I found a young woman of dark complexion to describe it, who made me wait for 20 minutes when it was my turn to place an order, she told me that I had to act quickly because there were 4 minutes left to order. closing. Sushi smaller than usual... They are never on time for the order... 35 minutes late is exaggerated! For the price we pay it's quite disappointing coming from a chain like the sushi shop!

We waited an hour past the time our order was supposed to be ready before being told that there was at least another hour and a half to wait! Why continue to take orders if it is not possible to meet deadlines? We are still waiting for our refund because the person on site was unable to do so! This is not up to the level of the service we usually have in other branches.

I arrive to pick up my order, they tell me it's not ready. I wait 30 minutes, I am patient because I see that the girl is alone and that she has several orders. I ask her how much time is left and she tells me it will be at least another hour. Why is there only one young employee if the wait is more than 1h30 after the supposed time? I politely ask for a refund because it took too long and I tell myself that I will have at least one order less and it becomes super complicated for the refund. Even the manager she called is unable to do it, he should reimburse me within 5 days if I'm lucky. I don't blame the employee but rather the extremely incompetent management.

I order to deliver, no option with fork or baguette so Jappel and speak to a certain J (I won't say his first name but the management is supposed to recognize him), he confirms to me that it will be done, without fail. I receive my order (without having access to a kitchen) without a fork or a chopstick. I call the restaurant and tell them it's disappointing that I still took the trouble to call to ask for it. A girl apologizes and tells me that she wasn't the one who made my order. Only option, take my straw from my Bubble tea...I open my bowl, my extra rice is not present, and the rice that was there was as hard as a rock because it was cooked in the fryer. I keep looking, no massago, no avocado, no cucumber and my salmon has barely been torched (volcano). Basically, half of the recipe was not and what was, was not as it should be. I call back to the restaurant, I tell J again, the situation. He doesn't even apologize and practically calls me a liar. Tells me that it's impossible that there were these omissions, but at the same time mentions that it wasn't him who did it... basically no one present this evening made my bowl ? I tell him that I have photos, but continues to tell me that it's just impossible with an arrogant look. I made no secret of telling him that I found that his arrogance was not very professional. He really didn't care. I asked him for the name of the management, he hesitated to provide it to me and what's more, he hung up on me. I called back and told him yes it's me again you hung up on me, he didn't care and told me he had other things to do than be on the phone. Really cool for something that still cost me almost $45 with fees etc. I also made a complaint directly on the sushi shop website because I find this pitiful customer service inconceivable. Something that often happens at this restaurant, after talking to people near me. I won't order it there again, that's for sure.

Update:We go there often and there are no more errors. On the other hand, our online orders for pickup are always late by a good 20-30 minutes. It's ridiculous. Don't take the combos, they are made in advance and we give you the old cold and rubbery ones.Good sushi and finally more variety of sushi in the area, but we've been there twice now and both times they made a mistake in the order. I got something cheaper than what I ordered and paid for! In addition, the loyalty program is not available at this branch ?
