They always forget a few things in the orders. They take 2 hours more than the time planned or told by the employees. The sushi doesn't always contain the same thing, because they clearly don't know what to put in it, and they always run out of it anyway. Brief. Go to another sushi shop because really, I never get good service from them, nor the right order

I placed an order at 11:30 a.m. to pick it up at 4 p.m. When I arrived at 4:10 p.m. the order was not ready. The lady had another 30-45 minutes and I had to pick up my children from daycare. I had to leave to come back. When we returned, the order was still not ready. I had to wait again. It's really annoying to order in advance and have the order not ready on time and ultimately more than an hour late. There was only 1 employee for a Friday evening! Ridiculous... the lady was truly pitiful. Really poor schedule management on the part of the owner...

Came at 4h00pm in person to order 2 pokebowls. They didn't took my order. I said no mathers the time it's ready, 5-6-7 o clock. They said, they do not take any further orders. This place refuse business. So i will order somewere else. Also, they were items missing in our previous order. Good luck in the futur.

It was just delivered to me by Doordash. There was an item missing and they didn't credit me. First time and last time. I think they don't understand what customer service is. The worst part is that it is clearly indicated on the invoice that the item was not delivered. It's not the delivery guy that's the problem, it's the Sushi Shop.

Very sad to read the reviews and see that we too had a deplorable experience with this restaurant.Order placed around 4:30PM online for 5:45PM. Since it regularly happens that it's not ready at the scheduled time, we decide to call at 6:00 p.m. to check before traveling.We get put on hold but after 10 minutes we hang up and try to call back several times but never get an answer.So I go there in person around 7:00 p.m. to be told that they never got the order, that it's a system bug and that they are sorry...ah and the phone is still on the counter not hung up. The refund will take 7-10 days and the manager will call me.To the question “faaaak what am I doing this evening with my dinner and my visit? » I am told that it is a system bug, that it is not their fault and that they are sorry.I was a repeat customer (despite making mistakes every time I ordered) and I can understand all the possible reasons but I don't accept poor customer service. Anyway, I'm going to use the cliché: they lost us as a customer. Unfortunately, this is the only thing I can do as a customer.I recommend Chez Boub, Batifol or Archibald in Lac-Beauport if you want good service!

To simply escape. I am a resident of Lac-Beauport and this was the last time I placed an order with you. My 4 experiences in your branch are the worst I have received from any restaurant combined. It all starts with pitiful service from on-site employees who seem to take their job seriously. All 4 times I received incorrect orders or missing items that I had paid for. Last time, for my partner's birthday, I placed a telephone order at 1 p.m. to come and collect everything at 6:30 p.m. Knowing the slowness of the employees and the poor service I have received in the past, I decided to show up 30 minutes later than the scheduled time of 7:00 p.m. When I arrived there, a young employee smiled at me and asked me my name, which I provided. He replies “I haven’t even started your order yet” it’s 7:00 p.m.. it was scheduled for 6:30 p.m. In short, I hope that the franchisee will be met by the franchisor, because I have never seen and received such low-end service. A restaurant absolutely to avoid. Instead, head towards Yuzu a few meters away or encourage another Lake merchant than this business.

Very very very ordinary, I place a telephone order at 5:30 p.m., I am told it will be ready at 6:45 p.m., that suits me. I show up on time, I am told that they have not started my order and that it will not be ready for another 40 minutes.I express my dissatisfaction to the young man who defends himself by telling me that there are only 2 of them for a Friday evening. I can completely understand the staff shortage, but at least train your employees to properly estimate and respect order times!!! As far as I can see, this has been a recurring problem for several months... Having known at the start that the order would be ready at 7:30 p.m. and not 6:45 p.m., I would have simply taken a plan b and I would not have didn't waste 1h15 waiting for nothing.I canceled my order and it ended up as a meal prepared at the IGA, frustrating especially when you have visitors….
