Nous n'avons jamais eu de problème avec cet endroit jusqu'à se soir... Nous avons commandé le matin pour avoir nos sushis le soir de mon anniversaire et quand nous sommes arrivés là commande n'était même pas commence de plus il manquait des ingrédients et il ne nous en ont pas fait part. Je n'ai donc pas pu manger se que je désirais pour mon anniversaire. Très déçu!

I bought a 15 piece sushi tray. I couldn't wait to eat them. Until I realized that they gave me 2 Makis out of 3 for pollock!!!! It’s dead cheap. I don't recommend this place. Plus they forgot to give me 2 other ordered items.

Unfortunately the quality was not there. The food was placed all mixed up with a tartar which was scattered all over the plate and practically not cut.... there were missing ingredients in the sushi...

Thursday May 30 at 2:00 p.m. I was greeted by a very smiling and welcoming lady!
She advised me to create a sushi in my image according to my tastes and the result is excellent and super pretty!
I am always reluctant to go and have sushi made on site elsewhere for fear that it will take a long time but she was able to welcome me and serve me within 5-6 minutes maximum!
She seems passionate and in her place!

First and last time.Very disappointing in terms of quality of sushi!Yesterday I ordered egg rolls which are served with a sweet chili sauce and I also paid for two extra spicy mayos and none of the sauces were in my bag upon delivery.

We had our order prepared in advance and had to wait 30 minutes to get it and this is what the sushi looked like…. Sushi barely 1/4”… it was our first and last visit!

Horrible, it's really a shame no soup service without liquid, no bubble tea even though paid for!!! You have to come back with the bill in how long to receive a bubble tea already paid for, the girl doesn't even want to reimburse me even though I paid for a drink that I didn't have!It’s really the work of Mr…..a shame I will never come back to pay so much and have such service!!! Unheard of even for Quebec

Une fois sur 4 les pokés sont bien faits. Les ingrédients sont souvent mal coupés, il manque des ingrédients ou la salade est vrm pas très belle. Chaque fois que je commande je me dis cette fois-ci c’est la bonne! Mais non…j’ai même déjà essayée d’autres succursales parce que je voulais être certaine que mon poké ne soit pas râté. Ça manque de constance.

I made an order in the morning at 11am thinking that my Salmon and Tuna Pokes bowls and my sushi would be freshly made as well as our Popcorn shrimp starter, but everything was very cold and the Pokes had too many pieces of salmon and tuna big and it lacked flavor! I also waited at least 20 minutes when everything had to be ready but the young lady was chatting with a girl in the back, who was not an employee and I was not the only one waiting. As everything was cold as well as our Popcorn shrimp, we had to wait at least 45 minutes to start eating. Very disappointed because I thought I had a meal ready and in addition, I had invited someone! Sorry but that's disappointing. I'm used to ordering sushi and pokes and not everything is cold. I will no longer be ordering from Sushi Shop. I left a $5 tip and I regret it because I didn't get satisfaction! Waitress: Young woman alone, without experience in my opinion!
