Absolutely delicious, ready on time and excellent service!

Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant during dinner time. When I opened my pokebol, I noticed that I received chicken instead of salmon. I tried to get used to the idea and eat anyway without complaining, but I didn't like the taste. So, my mother told the cashier that I was disappointed because that was not what I had asked for. The cashier replied that that’s what I asked her. I get up and go see her, she continues to insist that this is what I ordered and justifies herself instead of owning her mistake. So I blamed her for not listening, that I had been very clear about my choice and the cook tried to make up for her mistake by asking me to start again. Although it was well intentioned, I preferred to refuse the offer and leave the place.

Always forgetting my orders, always waiting hours even when calling early. I had to call 5 times before someone answered and put me on hold for 10 minutes. I worked at this place and it's really not normal to give so much no service.

If you want to go get sushi without ordering in advance, no problem.
ON THE OTHER HAND, if you want to place an order in advance you will do it for nothing because I placed the last order 6 hours in advance and when we arrive there is absolutely nothing done and they make you wait, that's 3 times they've done it to me so I'm not going there anymore.

I placed an order for 100S requested for 12:30 p.m., ready at 1:10 p.m., unwillingly employed alone and overwhelmed. He didn't even know where the cash rolls were stored and had to call someone on the phone. I add two iced teas finally he can't make me black tea with milk (the recipe doesn't work) I tell him it doesn't matter and ask him to reimburse me and he tells me he doesn't know how to make it, he offers me a replacement product (brownie which doesn't make me want it at all) Disappointing experience. I felt so sorry for this poor employee that I still left a nice tip because frankly he was giving his all but otherwise so disappointing that I won't be going there again!!!
