Tellement déçue! Je vais toujours chez Yuzu et la je décide de faire changement... une commande de 91$ pas de wasabi, pas de gingembre.... quand je rappel pour le mentionner la réponse que j'ai eue c'est: j'avais pus de place. Les sushis n'étaient pas mauvais mais pas de wasabi, pas de gingembre, y manque de quoi et que dire de la réponse..... Yuzu, je reviens à vous.

I see a lot of bad comments on this page, but for my part I have never been disappointed. Our last order was more than delicious, the sushi came in a superb beautiful box, nothing was missing, everything was fresh and super good. We had an excellent dinner. The sushi was ready when they told us. The sauces were also super good, I really have no negative comments from my side, only positive ones! Thank you sushi Shop ☺️♥️?

I order my food and she crosses her arms and laughs in my face and tells me I have a 30-45 minute wait. I tell him it doesn't bother me and refuse to take my order. So I take premade. I found 2 hairs in my sushi and it tasted so unfresh that I threw the food away. Last time for me especially that I told him and he didn't react at all. Zero customer service

Was the sushi crunchy??? The rice was not cooked, it was crunchy in the mouth. The avocado was also hard and brown. Really disappointed for 15 pieces at $35..

I got a salmon poke bowl to go and it tasted a little weird. As soon as I finished it, I started to break out in a cold sweat and had a stomach ache. Since I have a seafood allergy I stood with my epipen not far away. I felt bad all evening and I had to make myself vomit to make it stop. No more sushi shop, you don't take the safety of your ingredients seriously, you just lost a customer and believe me I'm not going to give you good publicity. Having been to the hospital you would have had the bill on the counter, believe me.

To avoid, they do not follow the recipes and the customer service is more than ordinary. If you want to eat good sushi, it is better to change banners, the service is no longer what it used to be.

Worst restaurant and customer service. We placed an order for $90 at the restaurant. To have combos delivered from the fridge when it didn't even match the sushi ordered. We called the restaurant, and the person told us that he did not want to reorder because he wanted to arrive in time to close. We ask him again if that is really his answer and he repeats that yes he does not want to do it again.. It was 7 p.m.. Very ordinary service. We will never return to this Sushishop again, and we will recommend it to people.
