The quality has declined significantly over the years. We had the chef's (shogun) special and discovered his fascination with cucumbers. The edamame starter was more than weird... I would have expected Edamame in pods 🫛but here it was just a bowl

Excellent food, on the other hand, second time in a few weeks that the order made online for take-out is very late without any communication from the restaurant which was almost empty of seated customers both times, so they seem to do a lot of Take Out or deliveries.

First time, 30 minutes late waiting there, second time, I planned to give them 45 minutes before showing up and despite this, 1 hour late and the order was not even being prepared when I arrived , with the 2 children and my partner in the car following our arrival from Montreal. We are careful to take the order quickly and leave.

Despite their text message communication system, no communication to notify of delays.

Both times, lots of waiting customers sighing about delays.

Although they seem victims of their success, we must either hire adequately based on the number of orders and their complexity or not commit to time slots that are not realistic and thus block certain hours when it is impossible to commit to it.

Ultimately, no offer of compensation, and no sticks in the bag. We really enjoyed eating our $100 order with our hands...

The people there are nice, but lacking solutions to this. You are not equipping them to be successful, which is a shame because the product is of excellent quality.

So I suggest you plan 1 hour before picking up your order to avoid all of this.

Je connais sushi taxi depuis plus de 10 ans et j'ai toujours adoré. Déception totale ce soir pour une commande de plus de 90$! Les makis Winnie étaient dégoulinant d'huile (et non, ce n'était pas le miel); le kamikaz au thon ressemblait à un hosomaki tellement il était petit; les feuilles de riz étaient séchées. Bref, 93$ qui ont finis la moitié au compost.

Everything I tried is delicious, from the ramen to the rolls, I loved it because they are very friendly and the service is fast. Apart from that, the language was not an impediment because there are people who speak Spanish.
