Very, very disappointed with the professionalism and customer service. Yesterday my daughter ordered two 10 pieces. One for her specifying that she is allergic to seafood and one for me. Opening her box marked “allergy” and “baby on board”, she notices that her box contains shrimp and crab. She communicated with them and was told that she had to reverse the boxes. Which is not the case. We suggested that he take my box which contains raw tuna and salmon, which would really not be recommended if there had been a baby on board. However, this is what we did. I returned to the branch in the afternoon to make them aware of the importance and consequences of errors relating to allergies or for pregnant women. Answer: I understand, it's not my fault, I wasn't working yesterday.Dietary restrictions: Seafood allergy.

As much as I love their sushi, my last order was not up to par. Probably prepared too early, it tasted like the fridge.
Very disappointed with our experience. The sushi was not fresh. We had indicated an allergy and the food was in almost every piece. It’s obvious that the Sunday makifolie is made in advance. The ones we requested custom made were much cooler.

We had an order prepared at 3:30 p.m. When we arrived at 5:30 p.m., the order was not ready, and had not even started. Ditto for the gentleman who had passed before us.The young man at the checkout didn't really understand what had happened. Several orders appeared not to have been “punched” in the afternoon.In short, perhaps a simple error, but still a shame considering that we had a promotional coupon and that we had taken the trouble to have our order prepared and travel to pick it up.
