Sushi x de lebourgneuf Nous étions 33 personnes et nous avons eu un très bon service. Personnel souriant et gentil. Il a manquer de la diversité dans les choix de vin car commande pas arriver mais pas grave nous avons apprécié notre souper.
Les meilleurs en ville ! Super service et les prix sont plus qu’abordables ! A la pyramide de Sainte-Foy j’ai toujours un grand plaisir à y aller !

We went to this place for dinner this evening. Very nice welcome. Excellent food. On the other hand, like any good unlimited sushi, we did not have exactly the quantities requested. But, the service and the smile of the two waitresses made us forget this detail.

Always delicious but on an evening like Valentine's Day, with a promotion, and you are more than 100 minutes late for ordering times, it starts to be very, very bad management! A line of angry people waiting for almost 2 hours!!!

Very disappointed. Very ordinary sushi (chef's choice) yet I'm not picky. When you feel like you've been cheated by leaving a restaurant with a bill over $100. My partner was disappointed too.

February 14, we made a purchase 2 days in advance for a Valentine's Day menu, it is 8:30 p.m. and we are waiting in the portico for our order which should be ready at 7 p.m., a dozen people are waiting! It’s a shame to sell meals like this without having the capacity to honor them.

Disappointing experience and inadequate service
We had reserved a table for 6:00 p.m. in order to test the new all-you-can-eat sushi package, but upon our arrival, we were informed that no table was available and that the only option was to sit at the bar. Although surprised, we accept without making a fuss.
Unfortunately, the experience quickly deteriorated. While the staff were polite, they were also completely absent. In an hour, we were only served once. We returned our order for a second service, but after more than 20 minutes of waiting, still nothing. For an all-you-can-eat concept, we expect a minimum of efficiency, which was clearly not the case.
Faced with this interminable wait and our growing frustration, we asked to speak to the manager in order to leave the premises and pay only for what we had consumed. We paid the $20 bill for a few appetizers (edamame, shrimp tempura, tartares and imperial roll), which, in itself, is already an effort on our part. No commercial gesture was offered to us, no attempt to remedy the situation. The server understood our decision, but no one looked for a solution.
Another unpleasant point: while sitting at the bar, we heard all the staff's conversations. If you are understaffed and overworked, we can understand, but openly complaining in front of customers is unacceptable. It is not up to customers to suffer the consequences of poor organization.
We leave with immense disappointment, because we expected a lot from this restaurant. Will we be contacted for a commercial gesture? This would, in our opinion, be a minimum.

Very disappointing experience. The service is extremely long, and what's more, the waiter, instead of taking care of the customers, was leaning on the bar complaining that there were people... In an hour, we only received two shrimps and a plate of edamame. Unacceptable for a restaurant. I hope for a commercial gesture to compensate for this frustrating experience.

Ok service, really bad food
I am disappointed with the decline in the quality of service over the past few months. This evening I ordered on Doordash at 6:35 p.m. and received my order only at 8:30 p.m. The delivery man had to wait 50 minutes at the restaurant while the employees failed to respect the deadlines and the scheduled pickup time. This had a huge impact on his delivery night and his salary.
Upon arrival, the soups were lukewarm, some sushi was poorly rolled and there was little variety in the sushi... it was clearly leftovers from the day.
It's really a shame to see the decline in the service of this branch that I really appreciated before. I have also had other issues with my orders in recent months (delay in delivery, error in the order, missing item, reduction in quality). Tonight will have been my last order, unfortunately.
