We went to eat at Sushi X Cartier on Saturday April 13 and were very disappointed, because the reviews seemed good. In fact, I have been to several sushi restaurants with the “all you can eat” formula and this one was clearly the most disappointing. First of all, we had reserved for 8 p.m. and we received our first service of entries around a little before 9 p.m. The service was very long all evening and there was no crowd in the restaurant. The pitcher of sangria we were served didn't taste at all like alcohol, but rather just sprite and juice. The sushi was bland and lacking in flavor, then we happened to order fried dumpling/tempura shrimp a few times and sometimes they were hot and crispy and other times, completely cold. Also, unlike other “all you can eat” sushi restaurants where the sauces are free, you have to pay to have spicy mayo for the sushi or otherwise, you have to settle for their soy sauce which tastes nothing. Namely that the kitchen is supposed to close at 10 p.m., but the waiter came to tell us at 9:30 p.m. that the kitchen was closing in 10 minutes even though we had barely received our first small starter dishes. Result: we had to rush to order in order to receive our next order before the kitchen closed (and the service was already painfully long). In short, I am in no way satisfied with my evening.

I ordered in advance by Uber around 3 p.m., there was a 2 for 1 on a 12 piece plate. So I order, putting a note “without smoked salmon” as I have done for years, and this because the director herself told me that I could do it. It’s correct every time! But today, after ordering and my order was ACCEPTED FOR 5:30 p.m., I received a message at 5:15 p.m., so 2h15 after ordering and 15 minutes before the requested time, saying that I cannot request “ without smoked salmon”. Something I have done dozens of times. I decide to order anyway, even if it's to get some smoked salmon, but it doesn't work. I cannot continue my order even if it is 2 minutes after the message received. Uber gives us 10 minutes before they cancel, I had the meter in my face with 8 minutes remaining, but it didn't work. I decide to cancel my order to redo it immediately, but the 2 for 1 is no longer available. I decide to call there to try to resolve the situation, but after 30 minutes of waiting on the phone to be fooled by an automatic message, I hang up and order elsewhere, it is already 5:45 p.m. and I had ordered for 5:30 p.m. . This is not the first time that I have had this kind of problem with Sushi What terrible service, especially knowing that this is not a poutine restaurant. A sushi meal for 2 people ordered 2.5 hours in advance for a special dinner on a Friday evening, it breaks up an evening in a medium amount of time, and since it was me who took care of it, it was me who looked cellar. Your restaurant/service is really not strong. Finished. (The photo is proof of the wait time on the phone before even being answered once. No one answered by saying “Sushis X hello, one moment please!” Like in every self-respecting restaurant. No, just waiting and never a response.)

Very disapointed.They stuff their sushi with soggy salad instead of vegetables. No avocados or cucumbers. I've never seen salad in sushi and fish not fresh.A table spoon of seaweed salad $3Very expensive for iceberg.I still have a bad taste in my mouth.Terrible !Well, I was so sick it fell on my heart.Bad memory ...

Really enjoyed the experience of dining in the "bubble," and found the wait staff to be friendly and attentive. The kitchen paid a lot of attention to detail with the presentation of the food, but the quality of the actual ingredients left something to be desired. It definitely wasn't the worst sushi I've ever had, but I don't think I'd eat here again.

Honestly really disappointed everything is really bad... I have never eaten sushi so not good too much rice and it had a funny taste.... no service no one came back to see us if everything was ok or if we wanted anything more. Additionally we asked the waitress if the sushi was freshly made, and with the rest of the review you should already know the answer. Rare are the times when I am so disappointed. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND IT!

Le poisson n'était pas mis en valeur, sa ne goutait presque pas. Petite quantité de poisson et garniture VS beaucoul de riz / friture si cest des sushis frits. Les sushis "fast food" comme sushi shop ou yuzu sushi sont vraiment meilleur. très déceveant! par contre la soule thaï était delicieuse.

The concept of a boat with sushi to share brings a little something. The won tong soup is good with its little taste of coriander. The spicy mayo is very spicy In short, we had a lovely evening, ate well, the drinks were good. The dome experience is worth trying. A cube would be missing for the service as we are a little more isolated ?
