Cold beer and very decent food. Staff didn’t give off a fake or pretentious aura and I really appreciate that as someone just passing through on business. I can tell you this place knows exactly what they are and I love that about them. Keep up the good work.

I went to have a drink alone and I had the impression that it was more of a restaurant than a bar. There was no seating for one person other than at the bar and at the bar you are really in front of all the family tables eating and judging you. In short, I haven't had anything and I don't recommend going there if you just want a beer in a tavern.

Joseph Dion (Jos. Dion), a name to remember if you pass through the lower town of Quebec! I mean that every time I set foot there, I was received with respect and professionalism, whether it was the staff or the boss, Jos. Dion, the oldest tavern in Quebec, has its unique style that many other taverns don't have. This place is a page in the history of Quebecers. (10/10)

When I arrived in Quebec earlier this year I was looking for a bar where I would feel at home. Well, I fell under the spell of Jos Dion. An unpretentious place where we find a very nice social mix. The free popcorn bowls are very popular but I went there even when the machine was broken. The staff, including Minou and Fred, are great, being both professional and friendly. I hope I will win the draw for the Jacket Laurentide. Regardless, it's the best place to listen to our glorious songs. Go habs Go!!

What an awesome place. We discovered this place since we were looking for a place to watch a hockey game outside of the big chains. We were very pleasantly surprised by the place. A mix of people, of all ages, with different backgrounds, discussions, simplicity. Just wow.
