This is by far the worst meal I've eaten in a long time, it made me feel sick 🤢🤢! I never write negative reviews, but your food makes me sick so here it is! I demand a refund!
Plus we pay a high price for it as if it were a 5-star restaurant!

Really disappointed with my dish, before there was more sauce, vegetables and the quality was better. I don't know if with the pandemic all the quality has been reduced or inflation is greatly affecting the experience. My general tao dish had no vegetables, barely any chicken and no sauce, only dry rice which made 3/4 of the dish, rice which cost nothing to make extra! $25 for a trio which is the same price as the cosmos which is much larger with vegetables, vermicelli and more chicken and of better quality. It's sad to say but next time I'm going to go eat in a really good restaurant because at that price with big restaurant prices but the mediocre quality of fast food, it's better to go eat in a real good restaurant and spend more with a good beer, wine or cocktail for a better experience.

It's always not good compared to other Thai areas, sometimes it's not even the right sauce it gives and it's always too salty. The pieces of tofu still burnt.
Not very appetizing, the Pad Thai looks like waste, too much sauce, everything is brown on the plate. This is the last time I order from this restaurant chain.

I went to Taizone today and noticed that there was no sause in my general tao. $15 for rice and dry chicken / I've always had good experience with this Taizone but I think the employees forgot to add the sauce.

I received a box of vegetables without any piece of chicken even though I had ordered a chicken curry. I called back to let them know I was unwell. The young girl had difficulty hearing me (very poor telephone line), but told me that she will send me the right dish. I'm going to wait and hope she's telling the truth, because I've already paid for the chicken curry dish. To be continued... Finally, I received a new chicken curry dish in a short time. Well done for solving the problem so quickly!
