The worst Thaizone in Quebec City. They don't speak French, they never answer the phone and it looks like they're passing 3 day old rice because it's so dry. MAPAC should check

Last night, being devoured by a wolf's hunger and scrolling endlessly in despair of finding a restaurant still open, I came across this Thaïzone by chance. I phoned, spoke to a charming young man who was happy to come and deliver me an excellent Shrimp Pad Thai which was a real delight for my taste buds and a delicious satisfaction for my empty stomach. Pleasantly surprised by this discovery. I will definitely repeat the experience.

Cheap cheap cheap!!!

It says it closes at 2am. I call at midnight to order soup for take out. He tells me that he doesn't take orders over the phone at this time. So I take the trouble to leave Charlesbourg to place my order there. It's a quarter past midnight. He replies: "I'm making more soup at this time."

Heille, I just called you to order and you told me that you no longer take orders on the phone. Wouldn't you have been tempted to tell me that you were no longer taking orders to avoid me having to travel unnecessarily at this time!!!

Thai zone, update your hours to avoid making us travel unnecessarily. This is the minimum amount of respect for your customers. Otherwise, tell your employees to honor their hours and work schedule. I have the impression that he just wasn't interested in making my soup at this hour.

I called several times (12x) due to an error on Uber. And we didn't take the call, I heard that my call was being forwarded. And it's not rush hour, it was between 10 a.m. and 10:52 p.m. Maybe change this aspect soon thank you.

Good evening

For my part, in Quebec, it is the best branch in terms of quality, in terms of food, customer service and delivery.

1. A MEAL was missing from our order
2. The salmon was not cooked in any way (photo in support)

We went in person to show the order we received, nothing was offered as a solution other than he "didn't have to do anything"

For the salmon, the cashier just told us that it wasn't supposed to be cooked, why then, on ALL other occasions in other branches, it was cooked...

Leave empty-handed

Flavorless chicken pad sew. Very disappointed to have paid $20 for such a bland meal. Unfortunately, this is the last time I come because the quality is no longer there.

It's worth looking at the cleanliness and order behind the counter, congratulations impeccable

In 12 years, I have eaten at Thai Zone at least 60 times.

It was my first time at this branch.

Usually, at other places, General Tao's chicken is "soft" a bit as if it were steamed or boiled in sauce.

The sauce is very sweet, although very good! The rice and vegetables are sometimes overcooked, sometimes undercooked.
Overall it's good!

Today was different; Chicken was very crispy, the sauce well balanced, in addition to not overpowering the vegetables.
The osmosis of flavors between these vegetables and sauce has been accomplished!
The rice was a little overcooked, but the rest was done so well that it's completely forgiving.

Honestly, it's my best Tao experience among all the other restaurant brands I've tried.

Was it a fluke or a new quality standardization?
