Got a replacement (no noodles, HOLD THE PEPPERS) Delivered in timely fashion but this time had the equivalent of a whole onion!!! (Plus green onion) Unedible, again. side note; tofu unmarinated. 22$ for unedible soup?!? No thanks

I order on the phone first the girl speaks to me as if I was her boyfriend like; Yes, it won't be long, I'm looking for the cash register quite a bit! I'm looking for the fried rice! In short, it's not the end of the world if it was just that.. I arrive to collect my order, the guy at the cash register, Ben Smatt, has nothing to say. Nice polite etc, I arrive home, I open my extra chicken fried rice without chili and I see, I don't really know, a kind of vegetarian pad with tofu, well I tasted it but nothing related to my order. Not the end of the world either but I'm hungry and I don't want to eat that so I call back. The girl tells me on the phone: well, I can't do anything, the managers aren't there this evening (past 9:30 p.m.) we'll have to call back tomorrow!
I'm slightly hungry at this late hour and she tells me the same thing as if it's impossible that I'm really hungry tonight and not tomorrow so since I don't want to piss her off I hang up quickly saying: ok let it be THANKS Then I tell myself I'm too hungry so I call back to have another prepared and pay the rest the next day but she surely sees my number and puts me straight on hold without even bothering to say: Thaïzone good evening!

The guy asks me spicy or normal.... I answer normal but he just put no flavor it's not my first pad sew but it's definitely my blandest clearly no sauce no flavor...
The worst Thai food I have ever had. I had both Pad Thai and Wonton Soup. Long in short if you do a blind test no one will know these are Thai food from the look at first place. And second the taste is not like Thai food at all. It’s kind on a horrible side. What a waste to all fresh vegetable! I don’t know where they got food recipes, if they show these food to real Thai people, I guarantee they gonna show the restaurant owner some real Muay Thai for sure.

I ordered poulet general tao and Especially mentioned not to add pineapple in it as I’m allergic from it. But they put it and this dish itself comes with rice and they just gave me chicken and pineapple. waow. If you can not make you customer happy than better to shut down your store and sit at your house. Worst experience.

Ordered through Uber eats. Claims they delivered the food but couldn’t find the apartment. Apparently tried to call me 3 times but never received missed calls from them. Unless you want to waste an hour of your time waiting on food that will never arrive, order somewhere else.
Edit to respond to the owner: Good day :) Clearly you don’t know how your store is ran. Your employee advised me that your own employee was delivering the food. In addition, ubereats did not have a tracker for this order meaning you guys were using your own delivery system. So yes, in fact, you could’ve done something to remedy the issue. Have a jolly ole time!
