10/10. We tried the poached pear sweet crepe and the savory specialty crepe with pork sausage. The service was friendly and welcoming as well.

Very disappointing experience. We were asked to pay before the food arrived, which already felt unusual. After paying, the waitress left and we waited over an hour with no food.

When we asked another waiter about our order, he said, “You have already paid, what are you waiting for?” — even though we still had not received any food at that point.

The food finally arrived after more than an hour. Food is just fair. When we asked for a box to pack the leftovers, the waiter told us there was no plastic bag, only a garbage bag. That was extremely insulting and unprofessional.

Overall, very poor service and lack of basic respect for customers. I would not recommend this place.

The food takes around an hour to serve and the waiter always forgot our hot water. They requested to pay the bills and service fee before the food came. We can't change the service fee even they have a bad service.

The service is nice; but the waiting time took me more than 1 hour, which is quite unacceptable.

Food is fine, but I have been sitting for 1 hour for a crepe??

We arrived when the restaurant was half empty and the server told use he has no place for our group of three people because they are fully booked. I promised him that we will be quick, it didn't help. I hope their owner reads the review and finds out how his restaurant is losing the money.

Worst service I ever had in Quebec. Shame!

We loved the bar, the cozy, homey atmosphere, and the exceptional service from the team. Everyone was very welcoming, interactive, and truly added to the ambiance. The crepes were delicious, and the French onion soup was excellent. We visited twice during our short trip and will definitely return when we’re back in Quebec.

The best place we ate in Quebec City! Friendly and helpful staff, eclectic ambiance, and the most delicious savory and sweet crepes! Very careful with gluten free for my husband with celiac disease. Thank you Le Billig!!

This was seriously my fave lil place we went to in Quebec Citè. After a relaxing day at Le Strom Spa on a beautiful snowy day, we strolled into Le Billig. I was so impressed that we were served the extent of food that we did. We dined on this absolutely insane giant cheese & charcuterie board loaded also with croquettes and salmon. It was served on a massive rustic wooden board alongside some delicious looking homemade bread. I also cannot pass up food gras pate so I needed to order that as well. I told them I would skip the bread bc of my gluten allergy. They went above & beyond and made these unreal gluten free buckwheat crêpes to go along with the fois gras pate for me instead of bread. The creaminess & saltiness of the fois gras with the homemade crepes and jam was to die for. The food was amazing. Le Billig also has a very impressive wine and beer and cider menu. I cannot resist a curated chalkboard menu! This cozy eatery was just the damn bomb and the perfect place for a beautiful lunch while watching the snow.
