Food and drinks are as usual, well prepared and good. On the other hand, the team of employees did not seem friendly or dedicated to the task. For a glass of water with ice, I had to wait 10 minutes. I don't understand what could have taken so long.

Tim Horton is my go-to spot for a quick snack. As I visit Quebec, Tim Horton's comes to mind. The muffins are not only enormous but also incredibly delicious. The food quality at this location surpasses that of Canada's Western cities. Despite any language barriers, the staff puts in the effort to provide exceptional service. The dining area may be small, but it wasn't crowded during my visit.

The worst Tim Horton in all of Quebec City, poor service, non-respectful employees except for exactly one person unfortunately I forgot his name!! Apparently the manager has a lot of work to choose his team well is the funniest after paying a $30 bill my family and I ask for a glass of water for my granddaughter they say you have to pay 10¢ very funny that's it Who has 10¢ in their pockets now!!!! In short, I really advise you not to go there, let's know that it's the restaurant closest to my work, it's my last time with them, I'm forwarding this message to all my network and my employees ??

Seriously the cashier was stupid no hello nothing I asked for a large iced coffee then I only had change on me I know it's boring but you work in customer service and I had two bills I wanted to take another thing but I didn't remember the name of what I had seen and she dared to tell me to hurry up I didn't take anything I felt very insulted

Food always good but they don't know the difference between the kinds of coffee. They often serve me an iced latte rather than a cold brew coffee & every time I try to make it again, there's such a big language barrier, we don't understand each other and I end up with the wrong order.
