I will never go to this branch again. They don’t let you use the washroom unless you buy something first. I believe every person should have the right to use a toilet, even without making a purchase. Life is already complicated enough — there’s no need to make it harder with strict rules. Just be more human and understanding.

Always comforting to drink a coffee Tim but the dining room was very dirty and it was unpleasant to feel like you can't touch the counter by the window while sipping your coffee because it's so dirty. Also the burgundy brown all over the walls is really ugly and unappetizing.

At this tim horton I had to wait at the line to purchase my coffee then only I could use the washroom . Now imagine I have my coffee and sandwich at my hand my both hands are full now I can go to the washroom. I imagine what kind of management they have . By the way it's a Quebec law to let any one use the restroom at any restaurant. They can not refuse.

Je suis allée pour manger au restaurant, Tim Horton Canardière et je n'ai jamais vu un restaurant aussi sale et malpropre que ça à l'intérieur. Le devant des comptoirs très sale, le contenant à pourboire vert en plastique est sale et les dessus de comptoirs pas très propres. Je ne retournerai jamais plus à ce Tim Horton et je n'ai pris qu'une bouchée de mon repas
