As for the drive-thru service, we do not receive the correct items after a 15-minute wait in front of the window. That the team there, 4 people, are on their cell phones and have found songs. I think it's unprofessional.

I don't know what the owner of this franchise does but clearly he doesn't take care of this one. Poorly trained employees, timbits not fresh, dry and not half frozen EVERY DAY!!!! Something is always missing. PS: Your employees haven't had boxes to serve their timbits for two days. It’s about time someone checked! It wouldn't hurt for a manager to go and check the working methods and inventory management in this branch. This isn't just a bad day. This has been going on for MONTHS. The employees are not to blame, the problem is clearly at the top.

I had already expressed my great satisfaction with this Tim Horton about 2 years ago. This morning, May 27, 2024, I was received by an employee (Marc) who was extremely rude and rude. I suggest the owner fire this employee because he is seriously harming his business. Personally, I will never go back to this Tim Horton's again. There are others nearby where you are served with courtesy. Obviously, the Marc in question does not know this word. If I could, I would give zero stars.

We waited 15 minutes at the drive-thru. I ordered a creamy chocolate frosting. Clearly something was missing from my drink. Usually my frosting is pale beige and this one was dark brown and tasted like water and syrup. I am very disappointed. At least my sandwich was good.
