It's noon and the display of donuts, muffins, etc. is almost empty. A single employee who prepares sandwiches, bagels and others. 25 minutes of waiting for 2 wraps and a Tim bowl which was a third full. Besides for a coffee, unfortunately a place to avoid.

Always extremely long service for a Tim Horton's compared to those in the surrounding area. Ice cap not drinkable 1 time out of 2 because it is super dark, French vanilla tastes like water (I tried several times) and lots of lumps in the mocha, dry croissant... In addition, an employee who seems to manage , shouting at the newbies because he doesn’t know how to make eggs…. You have to show him.

Check the flavors of TimBits before going out because twice in less than 2 weeks I have been given the “old fashioned” instead of the “classic with honey”. I'm not going back to exchange them because when you realize it, it's closed.😡problem concerning pizzas where the sauce is a spot in the center. 😡 also a problem for an iced cappuccino which I can't have because the machine is stopped 😡. Hoping that everything will be put back together quickly enough because it's close to my house otherwise I'll go elsewhere. It's really flat without a receipt so no complaints.
I don't blame the counter staff. They are nice employees but the management should listen and correct kitchen mistakes. 🤷‍♀️

My service is way too long. full lack of business with full of errors. Disturbing atmosphere because of the shouting staff. Not their best!

A cashier who listens to her flat music super loud at the checkout, the cook who shouts loudly, apart from the food, big fail..

Make you say yes you can come we make pizza until 10 p.m.
To arrive at the end of 10 minutes and have you say no I can't care.
I now know why this Tim never has anyone.

Very good. Same standard as the other Tims

On Monday afternoon the lady who took the order told us 3 times that we would have arrived a minute later and that it would have been closed. They asked her if we could order or not, she said yes then they said was taking the order at the end and the other lady literally dropped the order on the counter for me it's the last time I set foot in this Tim Hortons let's just say courtesy and service at the customers take the edge

MIKE, who is sweating profusely, wipes himself with napkins and serves us with gloves not changed, argues with the employees in front of the customers, suggests to the lady in front of me that her roties will not be edible because she asks for them to be more roasted, she must specify that she likes them that way and he responds that it would taste like the toast would taste like it and finally he invited me to go eat elsewhere and I can tell you that it's his best move SUBWAY serves me much better and in the end it's better and cheaper so thanks to MIKE have a nice day ;-)

I went to pick up a “Too good to Go” order this morning. I understand that these are products from the day before which are destined for the trash, but it was clearly past date for these donuts of indeterminate flavor whose creaming dripped into the box. Same comment for the chocolatine included in the box. Clearly not from the day before, hard as a rock and overcooked. In addition, all the products smell of onions because of the puff pastry which was not packaged separately.

I like the people who work there. Always smiling.
