Please train your staffs about how to respond to customers need and how to maintain a positive attitude at work. I came in and greet the team with a good morning and no one responded. Then I ordered my coffee with whipped and was served a coffee without the whipped cream. When I went back to the counter to ask for the cream the employee told me that there is non. I told her she could have informed me that she just noticed it. Well she didn't noticed it when she made my coffee. The attitude was not right.
