Please train your staffs about how to respond to customers need and how to maintain a positive attitude at work. I came in and greet the team with a good morning and no one responded. Then I ordered my coffee with whipped and was served a coffee without the whipped cream. When I went back to the counter to ask for the cream the employee told me that there is non. I told her she could have informed me that she just noticed it. Well she didn't noticed it when she made my coffee. The attitude was not right.

Hello I bought a container of coffee for several people and this is what I received completely disgusting the glass full of seeds and greasy the container very greasy and full of dirt on the cap the cardboard was thickened with use and all crumpled how can someone serve this
