We dined at the Tim restaurant at 3235 Chem. des Quatre-Bourgeois, Québec, QC G1W 2K9 at around 11am on August 8, 2024. Suddenly, an old lady waitress who spoke French yelled at us. We didn't understand French and thought it was something else, so we continued to eat. After a while, the waitress suddenly rushed to us and took the bag of food in front of our child and threw it into the trash can. The child was scared at the time. Because we didn't understand French, we later found a waitress who could speak English. She said she was the supervisor. She told us in English that it was because our food was brought from outside, and food was not allowed to be brought in from outside. Our understanding is: if you can't speak English, you can find a waiter who can speak English to come and communicate with us, so as not to yell or even rush to the child to take the food and throw it directly into the trash can. There were not only children's food but also children's toys and other items in the bag. The child was scared and didn't eat at the time. We asked to apologize to the child for this matter. The waitress had a very bad attitude and said that we could complain, and they didn't care. We are from Toronto and are loyal members of Tim. We have never encountered such a bad thing before. Why couldn't the waiter find an English-speaking waiter to communicate with us? Instead, he took the children's food and toys and threw them into the trash can? And he didn't care at all that we went to the headquarters to complain?

Like all other Tim Hortons for breakfast, dinner or dinner, there is everything with hot or cold beige chaucolat tea coffee of all kinds for children and adults alike.
Parking: Like all Tim Hortons always have parking, they have their own parking lot.
Kid-friendliness: No problem for the children the only thing I deplore is having removed the games for them, we parents were happy to see our children having fun just like for us
Wheelchair accessibility: I am a person with reduced mobility, I never have a problem inside or with parking.

I've never had bagels as hard as that...and really not fresh at all...so much so that they tasted like......
So in the trash without hesitation
1) The toilets are horribly dirty.2) The two armchairs near the fireplace are in a poor state of conservation.
Really good service! The ladies at the counter are really nice. I asked for a refreshing Yuzu Mure and there was no sparkling water left so she went to get some across the street! Really nice thank you very much. :)

Very poor service. The manager in addition, full of these customers in front of other customers. Not in the mood, looking sick of his job. Change your job if you don't like people!?
Restaurantji Recommends
We are recommended to go to this Tim Horton's since the one across the street can't handle the customers. When arriving, a little note indicates return in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later, the gas station employee informed us that the employee would have left the premises. This restaurant is not open half the time and when it is open there are no employees present. I do not recommend at all, their competitor that I would not name has much better service and employees!

We can't say that the clerk who received us this morning around 7:15 a.m. was happy to work at Tim... What a stupid face! She certainly didn't read the slogan posted about kindness before entering. I definitely won't go back, not a great way to start the day.

Disgusted. The dirty manager who makes your sandwich and handles all the food WITHOUT gloves and then touches the cash register without even washing his hands, really not classy.
It appears to be closed!
