Very poor service and quality, the quantity of Nutella is disappointing compared to other branches. Someone asked for a toasted croissant and they wanted to give him a burnt one, when I saw it I wondered if it was a JOKE, very disappointed.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at the Tim Hortons drive-thru. Not only was I greeted in an unpleasant manner, but the employee started whining and yelling at me for no apparent reason. This behavior is completely unacceptable and far from being representative of respectful customer service.

I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but that in no way justifies such unprofessionalism. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, and this experience was quite the opposite. It is truly shameful to see such treatment in a reputable establishment like Tim Hortons.

I urge you to review your staff training or take corrective action to prevent other customers from having such an unpleasant experience.

I went there this morning, what a fiasco with the order, i had to order twice. I got the Tim Horton application, i showed the special and scanned my phone. I ended up with one breakfast sandwich instead of 2 and everybody was lost when i asked questions….why.. and they told me they dont know about the promotion… poor migrant girl lost as a cashier…

I ordered a Tim morning with sausages, I thought it was strange, I got sick with severe chills and stomach ache, the sausage was undercooked and I had to make myself vomit to make it go away.

Worst Tim Hortons in the world. Very long wait time at the drive-thru and they don't understand anything when you order. I had to repeat my order several times for 1 12 grain bagel with cream cheese and 1 small coffee. Back at the window, the gentleman confirms an order for 2 coffees, no bagels. So once again I repeated my order and I get a full-flavored bagel with 1 slice of cheddar cheese.

Very stupid employee and a lot of forgetfulness. I ordered things, they didn't charge me and when we talk about it, the response is very curt. Very disappointed. Don't think about going back

I went to this tim this morning, lunch wrap was not good.. not the same cheese as elsewhere, it tasted like pepper at the end, the coffee tasted burnt.. 3 sips and trash. I do not recommend this branch, the franchisee should ensure quality and customer service. Very disappointed, next time I will go to another branch. 1 star well deserved.
