I got horrible service. Staff taking forever to get me ordered which I made through the app. Bad look for your whole company. Bad employees! Also my cousin got the wrong order but the employees said it was the right order.

On July 23 me and my kids and I went to this Tim Hortons. The outside was very nice cool weather but the inside of the store was burning hot . It was so hot the butter that they gave us was melted, plus we got the chicken noodle soup. The bread that came with it must have been at least 2-3 days old. It was very hard like a stone. They did give us another piece of bread, but they weren't happy to give them to us. It looks like the owner is very cheap and doesn't care about customer service.

The last two times I went there, I asked for a cream cheese bagel which ended up in the trash: the first time I got an old dry bagel and the 2nd time a bagel with so much butter in it that before even taking it out of the bag the butter would flow all over my sweater, in my hands, on my keys and my coat. The first time I threw it away and left too bad, but the second time I went inside to tell the employee that I didn't get what I ordered. She told me to wait at the checkout. I know she can't know that it's the 2 time in the same week, but still: make the bagel again for the customer so she leaves. According to her, I didn't pay for cheese...

I have worked in restaurants for over 20 years, when you make a mistake with a customer's order you respond as quickly as possible, you don't make them wait again: simple customer service stuff. Anyway, the bottom line is go to the drive-thru.

Thank you for being open 24 hours but slow service in the evening at the drive-thru. Just a working person I think. We waited a long time before being able to order (25 min) the wire was not moving. Add employees please. Thank you for your services.
