In my BLT.. the lettuce and tomatoes were disgusting. 2 out of 3 ingredients.. luckily I ate it at home so I was able to swap their tomatoes and lettuce with the ones I had. I can't believe they sell stuff like this. See photos of Tim's white tomatoes and expired salad, yuck!

How is it possible that only Tim Hortons restaurant managers yell at their employees?

I made a complaint to Service Canada, due to the disastrous attitudes of the owners of the place, I have seen how they all work very well, but I have also seen how they yell at them and humiliate them, do they think they are better than the others?

Je met trĂšs rarement des avis, mais vue comment on m’a servis aujourd’hui, je pense que cela en faut la peine. Je suis venu aujourd’hui le dimanche le 16 juin Ă  11h50 et les rĂ©ponse Ă©tais tellement bĂȘte et tellement Ă©nerve. Je ne sais pas si je suis tomber sur son mauvais jour mais en t’en que personne travaillant dans la clientĂšle jamais de la vie je ne parlerai Ă  un client sur se ton!!! Bref, cet employer n’est pas fait pour le travaille Ă  la clientĂšle

Je m'y rends souvent pour le service Ă  l'auto. SincĂšrement, c'est un des services Ă  l'auto Tim Horton le plus rapide! On attend rarement. Jamais eu d'erreur pour ma commande! Vous ĂȘtes efficaces et il faut le souligner!

I go there every day since it's close to my house, but lately the cardboard cups (the very large ones) are leaking from underneath. Besides, for the past two weeks I have often received the wrong coffee at the drive-thru (with sugar when I simply ask for 2 creams) and I work quite far away, so it's impossible to return. So I have to find him a buyer or else he ends up in the garbage ? Maybe try to be careful and mark the lids well? Otherwise the service is fast and the owner, Jason and Sébastien, are friendly! :)
