I’m very disappointed in the way that the manager has treated her employees with such lack of professionalism. The hardworking staff don’t deserve to be treated unfairly especially from a superior… I’m very unimpressed and this has made my experience at this Tim’s uncomfortable.

By far the best Tim Horton's in Quebec. Smiling and very fast staff
In my BLT.. the lettuce and tomatoes were disgusting. 2 out of 3 ingredients.. luckily I ate it at home so I was able to swap their tomatoes and lettuce with the ones I had. I can't believe they sell stuff like this. See photos of Tim's white tomatoes and expired salad, yuck!

I made a complaint to Service Canada, due to the disastrous attitudes of the owners of the place, I have seen how they all work very well, but I have also seen how they yell at them and humiliate them, do they think they are better than the others?
