I would like to express my great disappointment following an unpleasant experience that I experienced today, December 6, 2024, around 7:15 a.m., in your establishment.
It all started when I placed an order including a Tim Matin with butter and a coffee. The young, dark-colored man at the checkout, who has an accent that's difficult to understand, didn't quite understand my request to add butter to my sandwich. Afterwards, when the young blonde woman with glasses started to prepare my sandwich, I was shocked to find that she wasn't looking at what she was doing. She was simultaneously preparing another sandwich, and as she leaned over, her sweater directly touched the cheese and egg on my sandwich.
If necessary, you can check the cameras to confirm my words. Despite this, I did not react at the time and waited for her to finish the preparation. Once the sandwich was ready, I asked for butter to be added, but she told me it wasn't listed on the order. It was then that the young man claimed that I had asked for butter to be added after paying, which is false. This misunderstanding is clearly linked to communication problems on his part, which I have already noticed during previous visits.
Then when I insisted on butter, things got out of hand. Not only did the young man not apologize or show a polite smile, but the young woman also raised her voice and yelled at me, saying aggressively, “It’s okay, it’s over.” »
This behavior embarrassed me greatly, especially because of the looks from other customers, who seemed to judge me as if I was at fault. Yet all I asked for was a simple addition of butter.
As a loyal customer of this Tim Hortons for 5 years, where I come every day for my coffee and my meal, I am deeply disappointed by this experience. I hope that measures will be taken to train your employees in better communication and a respectful welcome towards customers.

Unfortunately, apart from Sophie, the worst looking stupid employees we could find. Even the owner should have some coffee. The prices are increasing almost every month, it's ridiculous. These people are so jaded and unpleasant. Probably the worst in Quebec.
