I arrived 1 hour before the branch on rue Chaudeau closed. The lady told me that I couldn't order anything apart from a very limited selection (around 10 items) of pastries only since they had already closed

It seems like it’s the weekend…. No management so the service is hell. It took 10 minutes to type 4 items for the order. We would have said Doris in the film Nemo, we are made to repeat these items every 3 seconds and there are errors at the end of the command! Not only ours but those of the two other customers before us too 🤦 it took 30 minutes for a standard coffee, a French vanilla, a donut and a wrap. I can't believe I'm going to say this, but apparently it's normal that the employees have no hygiene in this Tim Hortons. The smell of perspiration and lack of personal hygiene was felt quite intensely thank you… give hygiene items from Dollarama to your employees lord….
