We visited Quebec City on the Boxing day. The Tim Horton still open during holidays. Thanks. We ordered sandwich and coffee but the clerk let me know we could get free potato pie if we order combo without increase the price. Thanks this Tim Horton keep their tradition without change. I ordered a London tea. The girl at the cash register made me pay. She didn't know what it was. When I got to the counter to receive my tea, I waited 15 minutes. There were people who arrived after me who were served with food even though I had only ordered tea. And the girl at the checkout was looking at me. And suddenly, his manager asked me what I wanted. I told him I had ordered tea. He did it to me. And the glass was half empty.

Usually super good food, great service. But, a word of advice, don't order a Tim morning/bacon trio on a Monday evening! The potato is hard as a rock and cold, the Tim morning lukewarm, cheese with dried corners, really not edible and the employee, not very smiling. We still ate, but super disappointed.

This morning, after waiting 15 minutes at the drive-thru (Saturday 7:30 a.m.), they confirmed my order at the window and finally gave me the wrong thing, despite my order being confirmed a few seconds before! I had to go back to the restaurant to get a little laugh at myself for my displeasure. Ordinary.
