I bought capuccino, upon opening the cup, the milk foam is not enough. I ordered small doughnuts but was given big ones, the staff is not attentive upon taking my order. The staff are only 2 person and they are lacked of customer care.

Ordered a coffee and another item until all was well. When paying at the drive-thru, my pregnant wife asks me if I can ask for a (glass of WATER). I'm told it costs $0.25😳. I understand that you pay for your cardboard glasses but there is a limit, it's not as if I came home without ordering anything and left. On what I ordered you made your profit a glass I do not believe that you would be in deficit. End of story I canceled the order because I really find it immoral. If I ask you for 5 or more sachets of sugar we will give them to you without problem, but for a glass of water?

I ordered a large cappuccino with caramel! The milk is burnt and doesn't taste like cappuccino. They gave it to me as shown in the photo, I couldn't take it, it tastes very burnt)

I always loooove visiting Tim Horton's as all employees are always super nice,the food is great & their coffee's the best, which you can consume sitting on a comfy little couch.
