Good evening Monday February 19 around 5:45 p.m. When we arrived, the person behind the counter never spoke to us; he was dealing with a take-out order problem, I think.After a few moments he went back to the kitchen with a tablet without ever giving us a glance, even the person in the kitchen, who saw us, neither.After several minutes we were about to leave he finally came back without apologizing. He took our order with great difficulty (he made me repeat it often) and I almost seemed to disturb him.When we finally received our dishes.a regular ravioli with a fountain liqueur and a caramel verrine,a #21 reg and a chocolate verrine,a large #21 with a fountain liqueur and a caramel verrine.my daughter's order which included a fountain liqueur and a chocolate verrine as well as a regular Mac and cheese, which seemed to be a child's portion,when I told him about it and he told me no it was a regular portion. Faced with my dissatisfaction, he took the dish back and added more.All the pasta dishes were cold and in both #21 the chicken was crunchy, not cooked enough in my opinion.The verrines, the top part was not as usual (in ganache) it was a large circle of hard chocolate.In short, very disappointed with my experience this evening, I don't think I'll be returning to Top There anytime soon. By the way, my husband and my son had dinner the same evening at the top of the pyramid and the same observation. I don't know what's going on???

Very incompetent counter clerk last night around 5am. Seemed very confused and not comfortable understanding how his system works... We waited 25-30 minutes at the counter without receiving anything, or even being given any information, even though we could clearly see our dishes which were ready for several minutes.Even his colleague who arrived later to help him clearly did not care about providing good customer service, not even addressing us a look or a word, and clearly not knowing what was going on. happened.I have to say though that the food was excellent, apart from being cold, so I have to recommend Top there, but definitely not this branch.

We waited a long time for the cashier who had gone to the toilet according to the cook. There were only 2 employees this Sunday February 11th. I agree that this can happen but she greeted us with little smile, looking bored. In addition, the metal utensils provided were almost all still soiled. I had to sort through and put several back on the trays to be cleaned. We took the family trio and my daughter asked for yogurt and unfortunately there was no more, however, the cashier continued to suggest it to other children after us. We felt them disturbing more than anything else since the 2 employees were studying in the dining room.

Worst place in the world!! No respect for employees. The employees do what they want, play very loud music, do stupid things in the kitchen and the food you receive is either dry or cold. Found hair in my food, it’s really disgusting, the manager, this crazy

We ordered online on August 12th. We waited over an hour for our meal. Worried, we phoned the branch to find out where our order was… we were told by the young lady that they were no longer delivering and to cancel the order ourselves. They never tried to contact us. We would no longer have to wait hours after our order without even knowing that we would ever receive it. The employee never apologized and was rather cold on the phone. I have never had a bad experience at this branch but I must admit that I found it very ordinary.

When nothing is forgotten in our order, the dishes are very good.But it stops there. For some time now, there have been several omissions in our orders and we are paying downright empty for items that are not delivered to us. Like for example additions in a personalized macaroni. We order a soup of one kind and have sent us another hoping we won't say anything.So I called to inform the restaurant and tell them that it has become a problem, the oversights in the orders. I was told that the manager would call me the same evening or the next day, which never happened. It's unfortunate because once again, the dishes are good, but the service is rendered non-existent.

We ordered on July 6 at 8:14 p.m. We are used to the order always arriving with a minimum of 45 minutes of waiting, but it is 9:25 p.m. and still no food. Of course the business is now closed and no way to reach anyone. I just wasted $45 and I still have nothing to eat or no one to contact to find out what's going on........... when an order comes in it's the least we can do or notify the customer that you are unable to perform the service purchased. Even better, close online ordering if you are unable to service it.

Jai attendu 30min pour un takeout, 20mins pour une rectification de facture que mon pain a l'ail n'avait pas ete mis dans la commande et la boisson en fontaine etait de l'eau chaude. La derniere fois que je vien chercher quoi que ce soit a cet endroit, la derniere fois ils ont oublier mon pain a l'ail et la, encore!? Jai demander un remboursement.
