Vacationing from New Brunswick, solo and had to have some ramen while in Quebec. I will be back here!!! Sat at the counter. Atmosphere was on point. Nice little cozy shop. Our family of 7 went there at dinner time. Initially they said may need to split us in 2 tables but in the end gave us one big table. Staff were friendly. I ordered a miso-vege with kale noodles. Fantastic. The vegetables were very fresh. Normally I don't like bamboo shoot in Japanese style, but their bamboo shoot was fresh and the best tasting bamboo shoot I ever ate. My brother who hates vegetables also thought the vegetables tasted really good....
J’ai adoré mon expérience au Tora-Ya! En entrée, nous avons mangé le Kara-agé & Gyoza au porc. C’était excellent!! Comme repas principal nous avons mangé le ramen Ômori Shôyu. C’était succulent!! Je recommande ce resto aux amateurs de ramen! 🍜
