I'm really angry. I like to eat their food. I think it's really good but the service is terrible, I can't believe it. At the beginning I told myself that they were in a bad phase and that they needed more staff so they hired people less able to work. A lady screams in the kitchen and cries and doesn't take care of us. She comes back being extremely angry, speaks to us stupidly. And the last time a lady answered (a new one I imagine) she barely speaks French. She made me repeat my phone number a dozen times. I think my phone number has a lot of 8's but that's an exaggeration. And today, the same thing. First, she answered my phone, she put me on hold to speak to a customer when the phone had just rang (yes, you hear everything when you're on hold) then she did the same thing. She made me repeat my phone number about ten times and I decided to cancel my order because I'm not going to wait 10 minutes repeating my phone number for a pizza. She could very well have looked at my number on the display and written it down. I love eating at forever2pizza but the staff doesn't make things easy if they can't even take my phone number. And no, don't think I'm too intense. I understand that she is new but a cursed phone number! It doesn't make sense, I can't believe it

I ordered two lasagnas, hmmm it was really a hit with a generous portion. On the other hand, a little garlic bread should come with a lasagna, it's always a winner ;)

The chicken wings were so cooked that they didn't even contain any chicken, however the cheese sticks were not cooked and the garlic bread was just a slice of bread with cheese with no taste apart from that of moldy!!!Worst restaurant meal I have ever had!We called to tell them the situation and the person told us they would call us back…. We are still waiting for follow-up

We found 5 hairs in our pizza, stuck under the cheese. We contacted the restaurant, they didn't believe us, the manager wanted to send the hair to the laboratory to try to prove that it was not an employee's hair instead of simply giving us a new pizza or a credit . Big nonsense. Really disappointing customer service and I doubt the cleanliness of the place/kitchen.
