We had a reservation, arrived 2 minutes late, they had given our table to someone else. The restaurant was not at full capacity and there was no queue. We waited about twenty minutes to get a table only to finally see that a single gentleman was seated at a table of 6 when there were tables of 2 available when we arrived. The manager did nothing to accommodate our visit after his employees gave our table to someone else.

This was our first time at this Mikes, probably our last just for the lack of customer service.

Terrible restaurant and worst service. Several times we gave them chances and time after time they repeated the mistakes but this time it went beyond the limits!

During this most recent error, not only did the manager never apologize, but she also had the nerve to tell my partner to speak louder the next time she placed an order!

This insult to the customer in addition to being completely unfounded since my partner was once again very clear about this order, precisely since it was already the second time that this particular error had occurred at this restaurant.

Owner of Mike's if you are reading this know that it is not with managers who verbally abuse their customers and their colleagues, as we have often noticed, that you will be able to maintain a profitable and respectable business, nor with your scratch policy where you only half correct your mistakes! (Because yes, changing the wrong meal without changing the fries leaves you with very cold fries 15 minutes later!)

First time this happens to me.
I go to this Mikes regularly, in general I am satisfied, but yesterday morning, after 40 minutes a man came in a very cavalier manner, commandeering our table, without even offering to relocate us. We were told "You're done, we could use the table". What a lack of knowing how to live. Really very disappointed. I would like to point out that it was not the young and nice waitress who showed us the exit in a rather cavalier manner, but rather a manager.

We booked for my father's 75th birthday for a group of 15 people, someone called me back to confirm they were accepting a group of 15. Very ordinary service, no water, before or during the meal expeditious service, the plates were well filled and very good no one had anything to complain about the meal, but at 8:00 p.m. the manager or owner asked us to leave because the girl who was clearing the tables left at 8:00 p.m., but the restaurant closes at 9:00 p.m.,,,,?.. other people at other tables were still seated I didn't understand, although it was very good, I will not return this Mikes there!!

To take away. One afternoon when there was no one in the restaurant. I couldn't understand why the young waitress was so stupid and impatient. Never in my life have I experienced or seen this. I was a waitress myself and I was a dining room manager at St Hubert, and I have never seen such behavior. I was so uncomfortable. Later at home I told myself that it didn't make sense and that I had to report it to management because it was very bad for their business. I was told that there would be a credit to the number I had provided. Since there was also an error in my order.
Today I spoke with the owner and reported the problem and I received no compensation for my order which had an error last time but that's not serious. It doesn't even bother me.
What bothers me is how I don't care about the owner's customer service. I was so stunned that I was speechless. Stunned. I can't imagine that this guy doesn't care how his customers are received. And I love going to eat there. I'm going to have to do without it! This gentleman and this young girl do not deserve my money. I repeat, I have never seen a young girl look so arrogant and impatient in customer service. Too bad I don't have his name because I would repeat it loud and clear everywhere.

I stopped by for dinner on October 21, 2024. My sub and my poutine were excellent, as was the service from the waitress, very friendly and efficient. The only downside is that I couldn't access their High-Speed.

Excellent food but totally lacking service..
We had the impression of being a nuisance and our plates were literally “spoiled”.
We had no water and no visit to our table, only order taken and billed.

The team a few years ago was warm and efficient, unfortunately service and customer experience is clearly not a priority for this branch.

Extremely slow service, we ordered a pizza, after 1 hour 40 minutes of waiting and 2 calls to customer service, still nothing
