Visited this location in Quebec city for the first time. Our food specifically the Chicken Parm and Fingers were dry and cold. The food took exceptionally long, the pizza was fresh so I assume the other two dishes just sat there for awhile. I was too hungry to complain and won't be back here. The service was also not great. I won't mention her name as I'm not try to get anyone in trouble here. She didn't check on us once until I needed the bill I ended up having to share drinks with the kids with empty water cups. Unfortunate experience at 90 dollars for a family of 4.

I recently ordered from Mike's in Quebec City ~ pasta and mac and cheese, having heard positive reviews of their Costco frozen food. I was quite disappointed, however, by the quality of the mac and cheese. Furthermore, I found the portion sizes to be extremely small for the price of $40. This amount of food would not be sufficient for children. I was not impressed with my experience and will not be returning to Mike's.

Just Wow!!! Remember in your youth, we were looking for a restaurant to go and chat and relax with friends where the Owners were happy with us receive at their tables..well that's exactly that at Mikes on 1st Ave. the Owners take good care of their team and for us...! Arrive in good spirits and you will leave this beautiful place wanting to return often...! Enjoy your meal 🍴

I put 3 at the service because with some waitresses you feel rushed when you finish eating! Let's say that the one we had on Saturday morning was very courteous with his accustomed but we immediately finished service bill pay and bye!!! I found it ordinary, let's say! But the atmosphere is cool and the food is good

Received pizza for $50 not as requested. The boss told me. Your extra is just $2.50. I'm sorry. But that’s how it is!! I loved seeing such lousy service! Last mad at Mikes for me!

I rediscovered Mikes submarines with pleasure! The dishes are generously garnished and tasty, with fresh, quality ingredients. The submarine was prepared with care, each bite being a real delight. It is the best restaurant of the chain in Quebec that I had abandoned after several disappointments in other restaurants of the same banner. Well done to the whole team!
