Lovely restaurant with many unique dishes reflecting the local region. All the servings were huge; we did not finish our main courses. The charcuterie appetiser of local meats and cheeses was outstanding (although it should come with fresh French bread instead of tasteless, hard toast/cracker things), as was the poutine with duck breast. Inspirational and delicious. This is local restaurant that emphasizes a farm-to-table freshness in its ingredients. The setting has outdoor dining in Old Quebec and a beautiful indoor seating. As a traveler on the go, I had the Quebec trout. It was delicious.
I'm sorry but I really didn't like the food! I was so disappointed. I took the goat cheese appetizer and the bison carpaccio. I also took a side of bread because the 'croûtons' were not very good and way too hard! The butter had too much Rosemary in it. The taste of everything didn't match together I find.
