I order a lot and from all kinds of restaurants! Seriously, review your quality. Edible when you haven't eaten for several days, but not pleasant. It tastes musty! I will no longer order from you!

I ordered a "Create your own 4 ingredient poutine" poutine online, I asked for no fries and bbq sauce. I receive the order without cheese and brown sauce!! Extra dry beef, no smokemeat, almost just sausages. And they've done this twice now, last time it was the same thing, without cheese! I even wrote on their website ("Contact Us" sections) that I found it incredible to forget to put cheese in a poutine, I never got a response! I didn't get the hang of it, but it's over, I'm not ordering there anymore! Before it was so much better...

What a bad experience. A poutine requested with exxxtra...The extras are there, yes but no fries or sauce inside. So not a poutine. Cheese burger requested extra bacon and full garnish, received with a micro meatball and ZERO condiments. I would like to add photos but strangely I don't have the option. That says a lot. 🤔🤔 Clearly $23 + tax + tip very poorly invested. I will never order from this place again. Even Uber gets rid of the restaurant and tells us to bash them on the Web. 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤷♀️ AMAZING

Avant les franchises, la poutine était énorme voir difficile à manger au complet seul. Apres les franchises, la quantité à tellement diminuée qu'il faut prendre le format plus gros pour etre correct. c'est sans parler de la qualité qui a régressé. je prenais la sauce appart puisque souvent elle etait prete avant l'heure prévue donc frites molles et fromages fondus. Maintenant il faut payer pour la mettre appart. Avant j'y allais 1x par semaine avec des amis ou de la famille, maintenant c'est 0. Dommage :/

The employee gave me and my friend incorrect prices on our order. We compared the prices of our order with the prices displayed on the Ubereats application and those in store displayed on the table and my order cost $6 more than expected and $4 more for my friend's. Watch out for theft. Otherwise, the food was good.

Let's start with the positives. Ordering online is easy and in 20 minutes it's ready at the counter. The guy behind the counter was very friendly. The menu offers several choices. Now the negatives... I had a poutine and I was very disappointed. The fries were dry and felt like they had been made a long time ago and had been reheated. I found the brown sauce way too salty. The fried cheese and popcorn chicken were disappointing. Too bad but I won't order from this restaurant again.
It's a counter, not really made for eating on site, so the atmosphere is not really a point to take into consideration! The poutine is surprising! I really wasn't expecting anything special, but I really found it good! The only negative point is the size of the poutine! Typical aluminum dishes, poutine barely comes flush with the edge, no more! So, I was still hungry after this one! Disappointing, I would have eaten a lot more because I loved it so much!

Amazing, first experience the poutine was ok, the sauce too salty, second attempt Italian poutine, dry almost no sauce absolutely inedible, I asked for a refund, the lady looks at me with an interpretation…. She doesn't understand A $10 mini poutine that she put in the trash and she started doing her dishes again... taking issue with me or the $15 with tips which is in the trash Wow, that's service

Order placed via Skip the Dishes. We asked for a medium poutine with sauce on the side and extra cheese on the side. We received an average poutine with hardly any cheese, a bitter taste, and without the extras we paid for.
Plus, one fry was even blue in color inside. I strongly advise against this restaurant.
