It's been 2 times that I've come to pick up an Uber order from them and the door is locked, I knock... no answer, even though they were supposed to be open đĄ really not cool and I saw several other delivery people banging their noses in the door. Waste of time and money for the delivery people and I imagine that the customers waiting for orders also suffer...

We liked their food, but the service a little (quite a bit less). The evening of my last order I paid on their website and went there and... it was closed! They still cashed my money and here I am with my credit card to reverse the transaction... basically, bad management and scammers!

I ordered two pizzas and seriously I am hugely disappointed I do not recommend this restaurant...The pizza as you can see in the photo the chicken is in no way cooked the sausages either...I find it expensive for the quality of the product

Seriously, pitiful, really disappointed, dirty poutine, really not edible, I'll give it to my dog! And I have remorse for having given this to my dog! I had taken poutine la bob but rather should call it poutine in the bowl just good to be fluser 5 pieces dry burnt bacon 6 pieces of sausage and I would say the size of a $2 in chopped steak I had taken to take away you have to look at asteur they can no longer have confidence I understand why they don't respond!!!! Not in that case! Sells more expensive esti or cook not pentoute if you don't know how to cook

I ordered 2 poutines with melted beef, fried cheese and chicken tenders. I don't know if it's their policy to include so little food but I had 2 really tiny pieces of meat. Honestly, it's still poutine and it's delicious, but I was very disappointed with the quantities, especially when the images suggested large portions. Order delivery, uber eats.
Very little sauce, the fries were cold and much overcooked, the products were not fresh and of poor quality

Generous, hot on delivery and crispy homemade fries. Real slices of bacon on the "Bob", excellent beef. With the 2 for 1 Uber eat, itâs more than worth it. Even without discounts I recommend without hesitation.

Owners are douche bags that don't t pay their staff, and I saw the guy pick up potatos off of the floor and cut them without washing. I would eat there if I was starving to death.
Honestly, itâs my partner and Iâs favorite restaurant since we lived in Quebec! It's simply incredible, the pizza, the poutines, the fried cheese!!!! The prices are perfect, the quantities too, really a solid 10/10.

Avant les franchises, la poutine était énorme voir difficile à manger au complet seul. Apres les franchises, la quantité à tellement diminuée qu'il faut prendre le format plus gros pour etre correct. c'est sans parler de la qualité qui a régressé. je prenais la sauce appart puisque souvent elle etait prete avant l'heure prévue donc frites molles et fromages fondus. Maintenant il faut payer pour la mettre appart. Avant j'y allais 1x par semaine avec des amis ou de la famille, maintenant c'est 0. Dommage :/
