Very satisfied with my visit, with the Uber Eat offer I was able to have 2 mini Poutine sausages + 1 pogo for only $17! The poutines were hot, lots of cheese and sauce! Plus my order was ready in less than 15 minutes.

The medium and large portion no difference you will have a medium dish almost full // the large? Same quantity but your dish will be half empty.The fries have gotten really bad, and undercooked

1st order picked up by myself on site. Only one person serving and cooking and it was quick and really good poutines! Large selection of poutine and pizza on the menu, I'm surprised I hadn't heard of it before today.

The meals arrived cold.The taste and quality of classic poutine and garnished pizza are very mediocre.The price is really too high, it's not worth the cost. I will not recommend there again and will never recommend this restaurant.

The poutine was disgusting, the service almost non-existent and the place was deserted, the bbq pulled pork was dry as wood and my lover had a raw meatball in his poutine and now he is sick as a dog. This place should be avoided.

Hello I placed an order at this store on to good to go it was written that for $4.99 + tax it came to $6.89 I was going to have a value of $18 I received a loaf of bread burnt cheese without sauce worth $6.90 (I looked at their menu) when I called the manager he told me that often they don't have a loss so the owner advised them to make a cheese bread worth $6.90 to fill the to good to go order. I am extremely disappointed since I would never have gone out of my way to get an exact value for what I paid. He told me he can't do anything. I asked why they are promoting to good to go worth $18 if they have nothing to offer loss or error the same evening and he didn't know what to say.In addition, in this same establishment I paid on to good to go the same value in their poutine section and I received dry fries with a few pieces of grated cheese for a value of less than $18... Very bad customer service as well as in my opinion some fraud/false advertising. As for the very poor quality, I would have made a complaint even if I had paid the exact price for my order.
I have often ordered from this restaurant and it has always been very good but a few times I have ordered recently and there is not enough sauce or the fries are super dry as if they had been cooked and they had cooled too much before being put in the poutine... in short, this time it was the worst. I ordered a breakfast poutine, there was no brown sauce in it (as I asked) and the hollandaise sauce was white (usually it's yellow) and it had lots of mottons in it, the fries was ultra dry especially since there was no sauce in it.. I ate 3 mouthfuls and threw it away. My boyfriend got him a pepperoni cheese pizza with extra bacon for $3 and he got 5 small pieces of bacon on his pizza seriously it was ridiculous.. anyway I don't know what's going on at the moment but the quality was really good regressed and it is very disappointing..

Nous sommes allées à la succursales Charlesbourg.
Les frites pas assez cuites et texture décevante.
Pas assez de sauce , et obligé de payer pour un extra ( je suis pas une personne qui mange extra sauce) la sauce goûte la sauce en canne.
Les oignons français ont aucuns goûts.
En général, ça manque de goût et c’est décevant.
On y retournera pas.
Ma fille et mon conjoint n’ont vraiment pas aimé aussi.
Pendant que nous étions en salle à manger, une autre dame s’est plaint du manque de sauce.
