Last night, I had a disappointing experience in this area where I usually eat beef shish taouk. I ordered a beef shishtawok to eat there, but to my surprise, I was served a chicken shishtawok instead.
When my friend asked the cashier (a gentleman wearing a cap and glasses) to correct the mistake, he refused, saying that I had simply ordered a shishtawok without specifying the meat. However, I had clearly asked for a beef shish taouk. His behavior was condescending, going so far as to say that perhaps I had imagined I had specified “beef”. To make matters worse, we heard this same cashier inform the team that it was a beef shish taouk, thus confirming that the mistake was on their end. Additionally, the chicken served was cold which made the experience even more unpleasant.
Usually the service is pleasant and professional with the other cashiers, but this evening this employee totally ruined the experience. A regrettable situation that deserves to be reported.

It was my first experience with them that turned out very bad ? their staff doesn't know how to even deal with customers, they are rude at first the guy who was taking my order didn't pay attention while taking order & then the food i got it was completely cold. Totally disappointed

This is the worst establishment ever. I don't know how they are running a business with such nasty and disrespectful workers. We ordered 2xl pizza $60 asking for halal they gave us pork ones when we called to complain they basically called liars and told us he can only replace with cheese pizza then we said no it's ok leave it but he kept telling us it's our mistake and got frustrated and started swearing. Anyhow, I would not trust them or waste my time or money on this place if I could give the negative stars I would have.

Excellent pizza, the dough is good, the pizzas are well stocked. Delivery arrived 30 minutes after calling for the order. The pizzas were still hot! Seafood and Quebecois pizza with black olive. Just Yum thank you :

No ambient sound, very uncomfortable... The pizza was wet (probably due to defrosting) and when I asked to bring my leftovers, he didn't put the poutine, just the 2 slices of pizza and I I was disappointed when I realized....
