My friends and I came from mtl and wanted to try this spot while here in Quebec City. Everything was absolutely incredible and the hospitality was amazing. We felt like we were back home in Lebanon. 100% recommend the poutine really lives up to the hype.

The famous poutine with Lebanese chicken is really good 🫡 ….but what do you expect they are not lucky that this happened to me and I want to be honest and I will be -:) but not with an extra long and black hair -:( I informed the person who had her long black hair, she apologized and offered to make it again and I said no, not necessary. I like a sweet dessert with honey 🍯. Here's a comment truthful and certified and I wanted to share it with you P/S If you want to do like me please be frank and honest and will I come back here?

I was in town for the weekend and I HAD to come and try the famous Zeitoun poutine and I was not disappointed! The samousiks were my biggest discovery, delicious!

On the other hand, open air kitchen, I think you have to adapt and be careful about what you say in front of customers, the owner who looks so nice in the video does not treat her employees very well who nevertheless work very hard due to the “hype” that has been around this place for some time.

I would definitely come back, but I would not sit at the counter again following this somewhat uncomfortable experience.

The food was good. The only downside is that there are 2 sizes of poutine, but if you are a little hungry and you ask for the small size (child size), you are not allowed to have it. So, they force you to take their large format.

Poutine is a big no...$20 for a bowl of spice wow it tastes way too much what it shouldn't taste like in addition to not having a lot of meat, if you want to try it anyway I recommend 2 drinks one it's not enough to get rid of the taste.

Very bad experience, very expensive and poor customer service, avoid!

After waiting for over 25 minutes, I had to return to the counter to inquire and after validation, I was told that they had lost our order. I explain that I am in a hurry and I am stupidly told that these things happen 😳😳😳, nothing more!

After almost 35 minutes, I received my order without formal apology and without any compensation. I have never been treated like this in a restaurant.

I took a detour to stop there and never again. To be avoided, especially since the famous poutine with chicken, contained chicken with a lot of fat… to be avoided!
