November 13 for my partner's birthday I order online for my partner and my son 2 brisket meals, 1 Thai white meat poutine and 12 cheese sticks I pay online with a 15% tip plus bill of 88.71 $ the order arrives yes we are going to eat 6:05 p.m. open the boxes oops the poutine is not Thai but regular so 6:12 p.m. I call for the mistake the clerk asks me if I want a credit or he sends me the poutine thai my son wants it thai so I ask that he send me the poutine the clerk tells me we will send you the poutinthai p gives me my address information ect… 8 minutes later they called him back but I did not answer but they left me no message so when I noticed that he called me back 6:45 p.m. I called back and asked at the same time if my order arrived and the clerk told me that my order is not on the way and the guys in the kitchen say that the poutine was good Thai. Insulted by the clerk's response I tell him that his guys behind us made a mistake and I am still waiting for my Thai poutine she puts me waiting come back and tell me she has no proof so there is nothing I can do I ask to speak to the manager and puts me back on hold when the assistant manager answers me I explain the situation to her and she tells me yes but you ate the poutine so no problem evidence. I answer that no we have regular poutine and that no one eats it I have been waiting for the Thai poutine for almost 50 minutes and it is not even on the way I am not happy with the service I have and that my partner's birthday party is wasted because we waited almost 1:30 in total before receiving the Thai poutine our chests were cold and I had to reheat a dinner for which I paid $90 really disappointed with everything and this poutine is you Thai photo supporting

Very bad service, i ordered a 30$ poutine online, it only arrived 2 hours later, everything was cold. They didn't credit me another one. They offered me 5$ off the next one. Never ordering from them again.

Very good meal even close to closing, everything was perfect, we didn't have to rush to eat.
Quite disappointed with the situation. I ordered two 6 filet meals online, a starter, drinks and dessert. Normally, I order delivery or go directly to the location. This time I tried ordering takeaway with online payment. It went a little fast and the tip section didn't work. I tried to call to tell them but couldn't get through. So I told myself that I was going to tip cash on the spot when I went to pick up the order.
When I checked the food and opened the starter box there were two light colored hairs on the mozzarella croquettes. We had very small chicken fillets and they were mostly charred and tough. We absolutely did not have the usual quality.
To be honest, observing the quality of the food, I really wondered where the food had gone before arriving in the box, what they could have done or put in the food and if the health had been respected.
Unfortunately, we still tried to eat what was drinkable because I had children who had already been waiting with excitement for almost an hour for their chicken Benny!
However, I was particularly shocked to have undergone such treatment and quite disgusted. I still feel nauseous while writing these lines.
