I visited quebec as a tourist, and unfortunately, I had a very bad experience. One of the staff members, possibly the supervisor (a tall, older lady), was extremely rude. She spoke only in French with a very harsh tone and unpleasant facial expressions, even though it was clear I only understand English.
As a tourist, I didn’t expect such unwelcoming behavior. A little courtesy and basic customer service would have made a big difference. This experience really affected how I see this location, and I hope the management takes steps to improve how staff treat non-French-speaking customers.

You thank me when I tell you that it's freezing in your restaurant. The truth is that the manager turns the air conditioning on to maximum so as not to get hot near the kitchen. To hell with the customers who are freezing inside even if It's already cold outside....

Horrible, unorganized, waiting 30 minutes for a soup and sandwich, awful, staff response I'm in training and missing ingredients to complete orders . Wow.
Very very long service Waited 20 minutes for 2 French vanillas and a gentleman was in front of the window pressing a button. Very disappointing. I won't come back again.
