I was about to leave the drive-thru and they told me to stop, they made me go back as far as I could because there was a vehicle behind me, to tell me we forgot your shot of Nutella. Juggling my cup to open it full of coffee on my leg! Lack of professionalism and I don't think it's effective to back up cars in the drive-thru...all this after waiting 15-20 minutes to get to the window. You should check the order times if they are not distorted!

There was no one at the checkout 5 minutes to order 15 minutes to wait. I asked twice for a crispy chicken wrap without tomato and the other incompetent came to tell me “sorry there was no tomato” stupid bitch. I ask with the chipotle sauce and it's not the same one. Close the Tim if the only 2 employees are not doing their job well

Take 3 more minutes to go to the other one a little further away with competent staff and much better sanitation!! Definitely don't encourage this one!

We were served by 3 employees in training, who had not really had any training from what I could understand, the oldest employee on the floor had only 4 weekends of work under his belt as experience. None of the 3 knew any drink recipes other than coffee or iced cappuccino, nothing worked, no manager on the floor, or another employee with more experience. The three were completely in the unknown and stressed, honestly I don't even understand how it can still be open, even in terms of the health of the machines clearly must not be standard.
