Ordered cold brew with marshmallow cold foam and got lattes with cold foam on it. Guy who took our order seemed pissed that we were even there. There is a Tim Hortons down the street, I'd suggest that one instead.
Update: one cold foam had chunks in it and mine had a small hair. Shout out to the health inspector who absolutely dropped the ball here. Disgusting.

I was about to leave the drive-thru and they told me to stop, they made me go back as far as I could because there was a vehicle behind me, to tell me we forgot your shot of Nutella. Juggling my cup to open it full of coffee on my leg! Lack of professionalism and I don't think it's effective to back up cars in the drive-thru...all this after waiting 15-20 minutes to get to the window. You should check the order times if they are not distorted!
