Excellent pizza but a bit too light on toppings.

Love the story of this place and we were really excited to try it after a local recommendation and the 4.8 star rating. Unfortunately, that is where the fun ends. We took our pizzas to go and sat down at the Rawdon park to eat. Both of my kids spits their cheese pizza out saying it tasted awful. I tried it and the cheese was sour, possibly expired. They tried mine the âFrankâ. It was ok. Thin soggy crust in the center made all 4 pizzas hard to eat. They all lacked salt and flavor. Luckily mine had a lot of different meats that provided salt and flavor. The sauce and the dough were very bland. My wife had a vegetarian pizza and it had a little to no flavor. The fourth pizza had mustard on it, which sounded interesting, but there was so much mustard. Thatâs the only thing you could taste was the mustard. Very sad, we thought we had found our new secret pizza place but were forced to through out most of the pizzas in the trash and go get dipped ice cream to cheer up the kids. Save your money and go to momâs pizza in Entrelacs!

Very good pizza, we are from Montreal and for real it tastes even better than some other Neapolitan that we had.
We had 2 pizzas as take out. Really super flavours and light crust. One of my best pizzas EVER. Family run and on time for our order. The kitchen is attached to a private home and offers a few seats too.

J'ai eu la chance de complĂ©ter la formation de 4h avec Waldo. HonnĂȘtement 5/5, il est patient, Ă l'Ă©coute, prend le temps de rĂ©pondre aux questions et passionnĂ©. Sa conjointe et lui-mĂȘme sont extrĂȘmement accueillants. Et que dire de la pizza... c'est l'Italie en bouche miammm.

La pizza est lâune des 3 meilleures que jâai mangĂ©. En plus jâai suivi son cours de pizzaiolo pour dĂ©butant, je vais donc ESSAYER de lui rendre justice, mais avec lâexpĂ©rience quâil a, je ne suis pas certain dây arriver. Je vous souhaite beaucoup de succĂšs vous le mĂ©ritez.
Ma fille et moi avons eu la chance de suivre la formation de pizaiolo donnĂ© par Waldo et Cybelle. Quelle belle activitĂ©! comme câest en petit groupe on peut tous bĂ©nĂ©ficier des conseils personnalisĂ© de Waldo qui nous permet dâapprendre lâart de la pizza napolitaine. PremiĂšre soirĂ©e pizza 100% maison rĂ©ussie!! Merci Waldo, selon mes ados câest une vraie dinguerie!!
