Just want to give a big thank you to Waldo peppers. After ordering a pizza last evening, I found out that I couldn’t pick it up as a tree had fallen and blocked the road . Waldo peppers were kind enough to deliver my pizza. It was super delicious. Just like what I remember when I was in Rome . Thank you so much.

Love the story of this place and we were really excited to try it after a local recommendation and the 4.8 star rating. Unfortunately, that is where the fun ends. We took our pizzas to go and sat down at the Rawdon park to eat. Both of my kids spits their cheese pizza out saying it tasted awful. I tried it and the cheese was sour, possibly expired. They tried mine the “Frank”. It was ok. Thin soggy crust in the center made all 4 pizzas hard to eat. They all lacked salt and flavor. Luckily mine had a lot of different meats that provided salt and flavor. The sauce and the dough were very bland. My wife had a vegetarian pizza and it had a little to no flavor. The fourth pizza had mustard on it, which sounded interesting, but there was so much mustard. That’s the only thing you could taste was the mustard. Very sad, we thought we had found our new secret pizza place but were forced to through out most of the pizzas in the trash and go get dipped ice cream to cheer up the kids. Save your money and go to mom‘s pizza in Entrelacs!

J'ai eu la chance de compléter la formation de 4h avec Waldo. Honnêtement 5/5, il est patient, à l'écoute, prend le temps de répondre aux questions et passionné. Sa conjointe et lui-même sont extrêmement accueillants. Et que dire de la pizza... c'est l'Italie en bouche miammm.

We had 2 pizzas as take out. Really super flavours and light crust. One of my best pizzas EVER. Family run and on time for our order. The kitchen is attached to a private home and offers a few seats too.

En plus j’ai suivi son cours de pizzaiolo pour débutant, je vais donc ESSAYER de lui rendre justice, mais avec l’expérience qu’il a, je ne suis pas certain d’y arriver.

Ma fille et moi avons eu la chance de suivre la formation de pizaiolo donné par Waldo et Cybelle. Quelle belle activité! comme c’est en petit groupe on peut tous bénéficier des conseils personnalisé de Waldo qui nous permet d’apprendre l’art de la pizza napolitaine.
Première soirée pizza 100% maison réussie!! Merci Waldo, selon mes ados c’est une vraie dinguerie!!
